We approached Acorn Removals to move our autistic son from his home of 20+ years to his new home. Change for our son was always going to be difficult so everything had to be handled with care to keep anxiety levels as low as possible. Rather than a pre-removal visit to see what was involved, Anne at Acorn worked with us to avoid a visit and clearly understood the potential difficulties for our son.
From first contact through to the last box being delivered, we were more than impressed by this firms understanding, helpfulness and 'can do' attitude. Two guys on the day of the removal worked really hard taking in 40+ steps with every box to be delivered to the new home. They never complained and the banter was good! The price was competitive and well earned. I would highly recommend this firm
