4 weeks upfront and 4 week deposit. Units are good Had Easy access chasing me for money I had already paid every month and even disabled my fob on one occasion considering I paid at least 24-48 hours before was due each time! Could not access my tools which I was paying a hefty price to keep secure. My advice is to look elsewhere leaving after 2 months thankfully for a bigger unit for half the price and no deposit.

Two months to return security deposit. Up to 21 days payable by cheque. 2 months later finally received after chasing otherwise convinced would never have been returned. Not sure if the minus 8 is maybe more VAT PADLOCK or INSURANCE. Always people sneaking through without using the keypad on the security gate. And the guy I handed my fob back into after 5 months needs a lesson in customer service pronto.

First hand dealings with this company were great. Storage was 'ok' sold to me as dry and a 'unit' but it was a metal container. Luckily we didn't require it for too long, as our house move came quicker than we thought. however, when it came to the company returning my deposit they told several tales telling me my cheque had been posted on numerous occasions.
Their contract states to return deposits within 21 days. annoyingly they took over a month, and when it arrived, the envelope was dated the day before. Funny how they are quick to take up front payments but when it comes to returning your own money it's never easy! Based on my experience I'm not sure I would recommend.
