This is all managed through a cloud-based order management system.

We work with you to create a detailed, ever evolving 'Knowledge Bank' of data, product information and FAQs to ensure we can handle and solve any query.
The Storage Place is one of the very few independent storage companies in the North East of England with a dry bonded warehouse license, approved by HM Revenue and Customs. A customs bonded warehouse is a secure space which allows you to store goods imported from outside of the UK before they reach their final destination.
