It was really a positive experience collaborating with Weston and Edwards, who moved the contents of my former office in Norwich, UK, to my new office in Paris, France. It is not a trivial thing to arrange all the paperwork and other fine points needed to do such a removal, but Jenni and her colleagues were completely in control.

I highly recommend Weston & Edwards. Whilst I was locked down in Hong Kong they packed all the contents of my home in the UK and delivered to storage at very competetive rates. Subsequently, they have delivered my belongings to a property in France. Throughout my dealings with Weston & Edwards, they have been extremely helpful, going that extra mile and always highly proffessional. The fact that he came in person against other companies that video called won the day. Jenni and the office team efficient patient always polite and attentive. The driver reversed into our french drive as if it were a mini, well handled his truck excellent driving skills nothing broken or damaged. Highly professional and very friendly service. We moved abroad and Jenni was superb with dealing with the process of getting customs clearance and assisting us with prompt and clear responses to our queries about the associated paperwork we were required to produce. Dan took great care of our possessions from collection to delivery. We cannot fault any part of the removal, it all went very well! Would very much recommend Weston & Edwards.

Having never written a review in my entire professional life, I was absolutely stunned by the poor attitude of their staff. I was charged 420.00 to move a hot tub from 20 minutes away, which I was happy to do at the time, and gave them specific instructions on their order form, which was not passed on to the drivers, nor checked by anyone, despite my advice to check the access route at the destination.

We constructed a ramp to assist the hot tub over 2 steps, as I informed Bryony in the office we would do, and had 4 additional persons at the arrival to assist the men (8 persons in total). I should have suspected I was facing an uphill struggle at the departure of the hot tub, when the "foreman" at the pick up said he would not remove the cover, as it was "not his job".

They also said they had not been given any information as to where they were going. Thankfully, I was there at the pick up for them to follow me to the destination. At the arrival site, the very rude "foreman" refused categorically to even attempt to do anything other than dump it on my neighbour's drive. I was stunned that the foreman said that it wasn't at all possible to attempt to get it on the ramp, and swiftly left, clearly hoping for an early knock off.

His colleagues were clearly embarrassed about his behaviour, and apologised, saying they would attempted it if he hadn't been there. Luckily, myself (a 5'3" petite female), my husband and a friend managed to move it up the ramp within 20 minutes, something the foreman said, "wasn't possible, even with 8 people there". This man really let the side down for the company, and can only be referred to as a jobsworth, with an extremely poor and unhelpful attitude.

Excellent service from everyone at Weston and Edwards, as they say quality of the job is remembered long after the price, particular thanks to Gary the driver and his mate and Jenni in the office for a seamless job!

Just to report that the delivery to our house was very successful. Everything was beautifully packed and delivered with skill and care. We are very grateful for the professional way everything was handled.

Fantastic service from Weston & Edwards, they helped make our move from the South of France back to the UK stress and hassle free. Dan & Gary on the French side, and Aaron & Sam on the UK side, all brilliant. Courteous, hard working and above all professional. Also great sense of humour, especially with Dan & Gary, which helped make light of the herculean task of moving a barn full of our belongings into their lorry. 100% recommend this company. Thanks Weston & Edwards, from survey, quotation, booking and then rescheduling in order to accommodate us when the date was changed, which we were so grateful for. On the move itself, Gary and Chris did an amazing job, they worked very hard in a swift, organized, efficient manner. A great service which we were most grateful for after all our house buying stresses!
