UK Storage provides individually locked rooms of varying sizes inside our secure facility. We also provide you with a rental van FREE of charge to help your move. Our storage is affordable, clean, secure and flexible - the minimum storage period is only one week, the maximum is as long as you like! If your storage requirements change, you are able to change room sizes easily.At UK Storage, you will receive a very different service compared to anywhere else - our staff are polite, very helpful and are glad to assist you to make your move easier. We try to accommodate any customer's needs - large or small.

I rented a large unit for a year. All units are outside and self service. Make sure your unit has been insulated, most have now. Plastic covers for mattresses and material items are available on site. Site is unmanned but under 24 HR CCTV. I was very pleased when I took out all my belongings and they were all bone dry and no damp having gone through winter and lots of heavy rain.

From my initial enquiry and throughout my storage stay, the customer service I've received every time I've contacted the office has been excellent, and always resolved any enquiry I had. My unit was a great size and dry all year round. Secure access gate reassured me my unit was protected, and the site at Norton Fitzwarren was always clean and tidy. I'd recommend UK Storage for a secure, clean and reliable storage solution, with an extremely friendly service from Emma, Josh and the team.

First time needed storage and was a bit apprehensive. All my niggles and worries were taken care of by a really brilliant, professional company through their staff who put you at your ease. All questions and concerns were dealt with by a courteous team everything explained, so l could book the correct size unit etc. The storage base and unit was immaculate and felt safe and secure. Fantastic service from this company - have used for the last year or so, and used a number of units, upgrading in size as required - staff are always very very helpful and responsive and the facility is always spotless. Well lit, easy 24hr access if you need it, and units are also clean and dry. All this and the best prices as well. Can't recommend enough.

There experience is what you would hope for. All staff are helpful and friendly. The facility was clean, modern and efficient. The fact that the facility is remotely staffed is positive, I felt relaxed that I wasn't under any pressure, nobody waiting on me. Cost wise it was competitive because of the 1/2 price first 2 months. I would have perhaps gone elsewhere without this deal but I would not have had the same service perhaps. They would be an automatic choice in future

I needed storage for an undetermined period of time in the Bridgwater area and found UK Storage. The facilities are dry and clean and the security (signin/out) process is very good. The staff are always friendly and helpful and my goods were 100% secure and safe. Highly recommend to anyone looking for short or long term storage.
