I used this firm to remove my household effects and store them for what stretched to a period of 9 years. Obviously this is stupid length of time to store things, and the fact they were in good condition at the end of it was a huge plus to this firm, and 1 I acknowledged to them. However the arrangements for retrieving my things were hugely disappointing, firstly they were seemed almost reluctant to quote for onward transportation and had to be chased for a quote, they were so slow I had obtained a quote that was lower, and then differed for days before failing to match it.
The firm I engaged duly collected my stuff about 10 days later Leakers invoiced me for a further sum saying the removal firm had arrived late. To add insult to injury they charged a full months storage despite the goods being removed after 10 day's. I would not use again
