UK Storage has been going since 2005 and its Taunton site opened in 2009. Offering storage for both businesses and residential customers UK Storage prides itself on a high level of customer service.The storage units at UK Storage are all ground floor allowing easy access for everyone. It doesn't matter if you are storing for one week or two years as there is only a minimum of seven days and you only have to give seven days notice to move out. We don't charge VAT and there is no deposit required.
Our storage is very secure with 8 foot high perimeter fences and 24 hour recorded CCTV. Each unit has its own lock and you hold the only key. Worried you might lose it? You can leave one with us in a locked key cabinet that only staff have access to and we offer a free delivery acceptance service. We also offer rentable mailboxes.

I rented a large unit for a year. All units are outside and self service. Make sure your unit has been insulated, most have now. Plastic covers for mattresses and material items are available on site. Site is unmanned but under 24 HR CCTV. I was very pleased when I took out all my belongings and they were all bone dry and no damp having gone through winter and lots of heavy rain.

From my initial enquiry and throughout my storage stay, the customer service I've received every time I've contacted the office has been excellent, and always resolved any enquiry I had. My unit was a great size and dry all year round. Secure access gate reassured me my unit was protected, and the site at Norton Fitzwarren was always clean and tidy. I'd recommend UK Storage for a secure, clean and reliable storage solution, with an extremely friendly service from Emma, Josh and the team.

First time needed storage and was a bit apprehensive. All my niggles and worries were taken care of by a really brilliant, professional company through their staff who put you at your ease. All questions and concerns were dealt with by a courteous team everything explained, so l could book the correct size unit etc. The storage base and unit was immaculate and felt safe and secure. Fantastic service from this company - have used for the last year or so, and used a number of units, upgrading in size as required - staff are always very very helpful and responsive and the facility is always spotless. Well lit, easy 24hr access if you need it, and units are also clean and dry. All this and the best prices as well. Can't recommend enough.

There experience is what you would hope for. All staff are helpful and friendly. The facility was clean, modern and efficient. The fact that the facility is remotely staffed is positive, I felt relaxed that I wasn't under any pressure, nobody waiting on me. Cost wise it was competitive because of the 1/2 price first 2 months. I would have perhaps gone elsewhere without this deal but I would not have had the same service perhaps. They would be an automatic choice in future

I used UK Storage for storing some of my items for several months. Being new to the area I selected them because they were close to where I was living. From the initial phone call I found them so helpful. Everything was explained to me about what they offered, how much it would cost, the terms of the contract with them, when I could access my unit etc.
The lady I spoke to was even able to give me the name of a 'man with a van' who could get my stuff moved. At last, when I got my stuff out of storage I contacted them and 'gave them notice' and engaged my 'man with a van' to empty my storage space. The following day I received a concerned call from UK Storage to say the Security man had found my lock up empty! I had to admit I had been so busy I had actually forgotten to let them know! Would I recommend them, absolutely! Professional, approachable and a clean secure site.

I just moved back from Malta and needed to store my things whilst looking for somewhere to live. I found the staff very friendly and helpful and the process was simple and straight-forward. I was relocating from Taunton to Düsseldorf in Germany, I used UK Storage to store my belongings during the transition. The storage was good value for money, easy to set-up and secure.
