Our experienced team of uniformed staff will plan every detail with you in advance and ensure your move is carried out safely, carefully and on time, in the UK or in Europe. We are specialists in packing and moving fragile and delicate items such as pianos and fine antiques. Full liability cover is provided.
This was a tricky one right from the very start. The access road was very narrow with overhanging trees so the lorry could not come right up to the house. The heavy pianola had to be moved across a lawn without damaging either the lawn or the pianola! Then through two rooms and all by no more than muscle power and a wealth of skill and experience.
I would like to say how much I appreciated the efficient removal of all my belongings from your store and from three other locations to my new home. You and your men were so thoughtful and willing to help, and I am extremely grateful to you all. I hope that I do not move house again for a very long tiem, but if I do, I will not hesitate to contact Alan Ross Removals!

Alan Ross and his team couldn't have been more helpful and flexible during what must have been the busiest period for them ever at the end of the stamp duty holiday. Despite being fully booked, Alan managed to find the time and capacity to move my father's belongings mainly into storage but also with a small van move of specified items to my own home too. A great local firm providing excellent service and value for money, highly recommended.

I was so impressed with the guys that dismantled our furniture and transported to our new home and put them up again. with such ease. We weren't the best packed up people which didn't make it easy for them but they remained professional and helpful. Brilliant value. I will definitely use them again. Super guys and amazing service.

Really recommend this company. I was skeptical about hiring a removals company as had a bad experience with an earlier company I used however I have to say, Removals Saxmundham is great. My emails and queries were answered in full and also responded to via text/phone quickly. Arrived on time and he was not only courteous but kept reassuring me and asking me where I wanted my items, upon arrival at my new home. He reassembled my furniture and at the original quoted price. Any bad points. None. only wished I had used him before.

We moved in 2013 and used Alan Ross Removals. They were brilliant. We were so pleased. Alan and his men were professional, courteous and moved our stuff with care. Alan Ross recently stored a house-hold of our belongings for more than two years. During this time the firm was exceptionally helpful, helping us to remove bicycles, garden tools, items of clothing, etc. When they finally moved our stuff from their storage to this cottage, we were amazed at how they carried bulky pieces of furniture up a narrow staircase.= with great good humour. Nothing was broken or damaged. Washing machine, fridge, etc. in perfect order.
