Really helpful - there we some late changes to the original plan and Hamiltons were incredibly helpful throughout, finding solution(s) that suited all parties. Col was incredibly helpful on both days of the move - ensuring that everything was done to our satisfaction throughout the day.

We used Hamiltons for a move from the south east of England to the north of Scotland and had no regrets or issues throughout the process. The loading was quick and efficient and the contact at the delivery end was problem free. Despite it being a the end of a very long day both Mark and Carl made sure that the furniture was exactly where we wanted and were happy to make sure we were 100% satisfied before they left. Having experienced difficulties in the past with alternative companies when shipping to Turkey, I am now able to to fully recommend Hamilton's removals. Particularly Matthew, who dealt with our personal move, from the UK to Istanbul. Matthew was extremely patient, responsive and transparent throughout. There were no hidden fees, extra costs and the process was the smoothest I have ever experienced.

I worked for the for two days driving one of there lorries. All they guys really try hard I found they were careful and considerate. The people they moved they bent over backwards for them. As a removal company they are very good.

Nice enough but did not live up to their promises. Was told they would put protectors on mattresses and would put all furniture exactly where we wanted. This was not the case. Also staff smoked in the lorry with our stuff which felt was very unprofessional. Emailed them with my concerns and got no response. Where cheaper than other quotes we got an now can understand why. Would not use again. Would rather pay more to get the service that they promised but didn't provide

Hamilton's moved us from Hertfordshire to Norfolk at the end of November and they were great. The communication was excellent and they were very flexible in accommodating our needs. Excellent removal company Service: In-county removals

Superb. Took us on last minute. Guys didn't know what to expect and frankly I think we stretched them to the limit. But they were kind and helpful throughout. Would absolutely use them again.

We booked Hamiltons to remove our household items for a house move which was only a short distance. They were not the cheapest but we were reassured that they would be the best by their sales manager who promised our items would be properly packaged and professionally moved. On the day, it was quite clear that the staff thought this would be an easy job that they were in a hurry to get over with.

I had clearly labelled all our boxes with the rooms to which they were to be delivered. Half of our boxes were put in the wrong rooms, and most were dumped in the garage (despite labels stating "sitting room", "kitchen", "dining room" etc). In addition, the staff failed to wrap our wall mounted items, despite me having in writing a promise that this would take place.

At least two of our expensive items have been damaged beyond use. I have repeatedly contacted the company to get compensation or replacement for these damaged items (I have photographic proof) and their customer care is shocking - they are failing to take any responsibility for it and failing to reimburse us for the items that they damaged. Never use this company - they are a bunch of cowboys.

We were recommended Hamiltons by our estate agent who had used them personally to move when we urgently needed a company to help us move within 2 weeks, despite not having a fixed completion date. We were about 90% sure of the date (+/-2 days) and needed to get a company booked in asap. The company we were originally going to use, needed a non-refundable deposit and would have charge a cancellation fee if we had to move the date. Hamiltons did not charge us either of these things and were pretty flexible on us waiting to confirm our move date which we were really grateful for.

The price was also marginally cheaper than our original company too! I spoke with Jay and Jessica who were friendly, professional and generally just nice humans to deal with who I could always get hold of on the phone! Overall our move from Cambridge to Surrey went very smoothly with no hassle whatsoever. The guys who packed and moved our stuff were professional, efficient and friendly. Hamiltons even collected all our boxes once we had unpacked for recycling which was super handy! I would use Hamiltons again without hesitation if we were to move again. Highly recommend! Excellent service, can highly recommend. Think i got the best team - Mick and Ben did a superb job packing up my life in a really careful and professional way so that everything arrived safely and intact. I moved from North Yorkshire to Scotland and chose to use their packing service which I would highly recommend; it costs a bit more but well worth it. Well done lads and thank you!

Great service, so helpful in the lead up to the move and all the complications we had trying to exchange to confirm removal date, very accomodating to all our changes which took a lot of the stress away. Boxed everything up that wasn't boxed when they arrived, including a very large TV, which they took great care over. Care taken over both properties and couldn't have asked for a better service! Thank you
