Many of our customers have used our services on a regular basis. In a number of cases we are now moving the sons, daughters and even grandchildren, of customers we moved in the late 1960s. Although we do advertise, most of our work is acquired as a result of recommendations from our existing customers who, over the years, we have moved throughout East Anglia, Britain, Europe and to the far corners of the world. Revells has been in the removal and storage business for over 40 years and is run as a family firm. Without doubt, our greatest asset is our wonderful team of drivers, packers and porters. They are here to look after your needs with efficiancy, good humour, care and expertise. We are always happy to visit you, answer your queries and give you our fullest attention from your first contact with us to the successful completion of your move.
As members of the British Association of Removers (BAR) and the European Movers' Association FEDEMAC, we are constantly under review in order to meet their stringent trading conditions and standards. Unlike many of our competitors, we have a permanent team of drivers, packers and porters who have been with the company for many years.

Most of our work involves moving domestic furniture and effects or antiques and fine arts. However, we do move offices on occasions and we enjoy it. On the non-domestic side, we have moved specialist parts and machinery (for, among others, Sizewell C Nuclear Power Station), office furniture (various companies), contents of hotels (for refurbishment), theatre sets, exhibition stands, the contents of shops pubs and restaurants and even vehicles! My first house move without a breakage! THANK YOU! Paul was very professional, patient and always at the end of the phone to answer any questions. During the move he also phoned to check that I was happy with how the move was progressing. I had a three day move including a pack and a baby grande piano to move. The men all worked so hard and nothing was a problem for them from a customers point of view!

Revells did a long-distance, 3 day move for me last month (700 miles). They were excellent from the point I first asked them for an estimate to the moving in date. I had a very drawn out house sale and had to cancel several pencilled-in dates. Paul kept in touch with me regularly throughout and bent over backwards to help when everything eventually fell into place even on shorter notice than planned and at a very busy time.
My piano was moved so carefully and the team managed to manouevre it and other large items through various doorways in an old house, which wasn't easy. It was a stressful move for a number of reasons, but I felt that my possessions were in capable hands. I'm very grateful and would recommend them without hesitation.

Had Items left in storage for some months, returned with items broken and in poor state. Insurance didn't cover repair, left out of pocket. It would be generous to say that the company were bothered by their inability to look after a crate of items without them being damaged. Lesson learnt, now use another local business that deliver a good service.
