To provide you with an accurate quotation for your removal, we like to come and do a home visit to assess exactly what there is to be moved. Along with how much dismantling and re-erecting there is to be done; what the access is like at the property and if anything requires any specialist care. Once we have done the survey, we can then assess what vehicle will be needed; the best access routes and how many men that will be needed to carry out removal.Our surveyor is happy to travel to provide you with a quotation if required.
Our storage facilities at Bentwaters Park, is in our own secure, locked compound with 24-hour CCTV. Depending on your storage needs, we have the suitable method to keep your furniture and effects, safe and secure. We store within purpose built wooden storage crates within our warehouse - each crate is 250 cubic feet and measures 7.5 foot tall, 7 foot deep and 5 foot wide.
Looking to move oversea? We can ship it whether it is only one box or full house worth of contents. We may be a local family run removal firm, but we do not stay local. Let us arrange your move, within Europe, the USA, Australia or anywhere else in the world. Planning a move within Europe? We can handle everything for you on the UK side, including surveying, packing, wrapping, and loading.

Top marks to the Pooleys team Pat and Ed who moved us today. Arrived earlier than expected, worked really hard, treated our belongings with care and respect. excellent sense of humour, but maintained polite and professional attitude. Received a quote that was inaccurate and missing information. Asked for reasons why they say they are more expensive than everyone else and wasn't given an answer. The quote itself was poorly presented and the quantity suggested that I had to move was grossly over exaggerated. Had to go back and forth a number of times until I said enough was enough. Not a great experience even before the removal stage.

Our experience with Pooley removals was an excellent experience. Their men were polite, friendly and obliging. Nothing was too much trouble for them We had so much to move, that they did not leave us until 7.00pm that night, but not once did they complain!. They were cheerful throughout, and made the whole move run smoothly. I would highly recommend them.
