Our company was started 16 years ago and has been providing storage container sales and hire services as well as refrigerated container hire to an ever expanding, satisfied customer base ever since. Based in the West Country we have helped thousands of customers nationwide to meet their storage and accommodation requirements.
Hazel is Head of Letting People Know Just How Amazing Containers Are. When Hazel got bored with being a scientist, she decided that selling containers might be good fun! "Containers have improved our customers' workplaces, homes and even helped children's play opportunities." Tim's the strong, silent one who wears sunglasses in the videos.

The worst company I have ever had the privilege to deal with, I served notice to move out but the day before I was due to clear my unit out I was confirmed as having Covid, I emailed the guy on site and said as soon as I can I'll get down and sort it out, Ann Lister in credit control bombarded me with phone calls and email while I was very sick, she then put an over lock on it so the people I had organised to go in and clear it out couldn't, now they are saying that I have to pay an extra months rent, if you want to be hounded and held to ransom then this is the company to use, most uncompassionate company I've ever used. Be weary!

I have been extremely disappointed with the communication within this 'team'. They have requested and refunded money multiple times and this continued for several months following ending our hire of the container. Overall the hassle caused throughout this has been unacceptable for a simple service and it is no longer a place I would recommend.

Fab Company I highly recommend. I used the services of Container Team a little while back and was really impressed with the professional and friendly service that I received. I was moving house and needed a short term storage solution. The team who made the whole process really easy. As I was moving house I was only a customer for 3 months, though throughout this time the team offered a fantastic level of customer service.
I was so impressed with my experience that a few months later when I saw an opportunity to join the team I jumped at the chance. I have now been part of the team for 18 months and have really enjoyed sharing the companies values including giving fantastic customer service.

I hired a container for about 5 weeks while buying a house. Due to the stress and the uncertainty of the process itself was not sure when to give a notice to end the hire term. Very disappointed to be charged for two weeks after I cleared the container. Feels like I bought the container! To be fair they offer competitive prices, staff are professional.
Would like to warn prospective customers to be very wary of the charges, lack of empathy and understanding. Personally would not recommend to anyone I know, would never use them again. I am aware they are there to MAKE MONEY however a little bit of compassion goes a long way. Do not use Container Team's services if you can avoid.

This is my first ever review i have ever written for anything - so i do not do this lightly in fact i am doing this to warn you folks. If you want to do business with this company make sure they come survey your site first. Then watch out for their drivers, they sub-contract to independent drivers - the one we got was rude, aggressive and very impatient.
He made no attempt to go the extra mile for us! When you task this company about the driver they sent they sherk responsibilty for them. WATCH OUT DO NOT SIGN THE CONTRACT IF YOU ARE NOT 100% SURE THAT THE DELIVERY CAN TAKE PLACE! Do not mistake the friendly ladies that answer the phone calls as representative of the company's image. I will tell you now that they will financially penalise you VERY HARD for any mistake you make.
I eventually found another company that did the job effectively, honestly, in good spirit and went out there way to help me. My suggestion is if you are and independent or small business steer completely away from this company or suffer the consequences! We were penalised with 100's.
