The movers were really friendly, very fast, efficient and made the whole thing seem easy. People in the office were more than helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.

This company is -amazing-. Not only did they step in when another company failed me (took my deposit and then didn't do the job or even contact me again), they did it on the same date that I needed which was only 2 days later! The prices are great, the crew was so fast and professional, and I can't say enough good things about them. Did I mention fast? WOW. If you need to move, Jarretts is your company. Absolutely.

My family have used Jarrett removals for many years, they moved my parents to the Lake District, moved them back, and have been great. My experience today with a Jarrett lorry driver. Foul mouthed, aggressive, cutting me up when I was in my lane, disgraceful hand signals of a vile nature. There was no need for it. Then he turned right into Vulcan. road.

All that aggression. All that driving so fast on the inside lane. Just so he could stop traffic on a junction! I would NOT want that man handling my precious household items or driving them around! There was just no need for it. I'm now 60 years old and he was possibly 25. He has now made me rethink about using that company again. Shame as they have moved my family since the 1990's.

Jarretts couldn't have been more supportive of our situation. We couldn't end up using them as our removal firm but Gary and his team were very supportive and professional and a very calming influence amid our panic! Jarretts were amazing from start to finish, but where they really came into their own was when things didn't go very smoothly on the day as the place we were moving into was very behind in their moving out. Jarretts rescued the situation quickly and calmly by communicating with the other company involved and very much went above and beyond to make sure we were in that evening and with beds assembled to sleep in.

They stayed unbelievably cheerful throughout even though they were suddenly have a longer day than they had bargained for, which helped us stay relaxed and happy too. Big big thank you from us.

Unclear instructions about the dates of moving which caused a knock on effect with other arrangements I had made. Damaged several items of furniture, when I reported it, I was informed both of the staff stated 'it was like that'. I haven't completely unpacked yet and I am dreading what else I am going to find. Avoid at all costs, find another firm.

There are only 2 members of staff who are actually professional. The operations manager was extremely aggressive when I questioned the information given to me by the assessor. I am thoroughly disappointed.

Nathan and Paul were an awesome team and made our move the easiest move ever. They were so good and efficient they even helped a rival company's movers to speed up our moving in. We used Jarretts today after being recommend by my father in law. The three gentlemen that help with the move were excellent. Very professional and took great care of our belongings. Nothing was too much trouble and would 100% recommend them to anyone.

I did not write a review at the time as we were so upset the move started well enough and I made the removal guys bacon sandwiches etc there was a delay in obtaining the keys which was out of our control but the timeline for the guys to get back to Norfolk was plenty over 4 hours as we only moved to Lincolnshire however we were bullied by the guys into signing a form to say the service was satisfactory and pressurised by phone calls even though I had kept everyone in the loop it's difficult to explain but the trauma of the service keeps coming back to me we were threatened with having furniture left outside. Once inside boxes were left upside down and just dumped it was the worst removal experience of my life and I've moved over a dozen times. Not professional not recommended.

Jarretts Removals moved me from Norwich to Brandon, the guys that moved me ( Andy and Shaun ) were fabulous, they made a stressful day very easy, putting me completely at ease. They were careful and considerate with my belongings and packed things up incredibly well. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks to all involved!

I am so very pleased that I chose to go with the pack and move Service that Jarretts offered. They came the day before the move date and packed up almost everything and very kindly left me with all the amenities that I needed for that evening and the next morning. Nothing was too much for them, they took the strain of moving completely out of it for me, even when it came to moving into my new home they got me a chair to sit on and they asked where every box, items were to go.

Totally amazing I can't praise them enough all of them were amazing in their own ways. I wouldn't hesitate In recommending them to anyone. Hopefully this will be my last move, but should I have to move again I would have no hesitation in getting Jarretts to move me again.

In temperatures of 36 degrees our removal men work tirelessly and continuously only stopping for a short break and lunch whilst we went to collect keys for our new house. They were friendly and respectful of our belongings. Whilst not being the cheapest quote we got, we felt that we got a quality service worth every penny and would not hesitate to recommend them to others

From start to finish Duncan and his team were amazing. The hard work and enthusiasm from the team who moved us was fab, they were friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate to use your service again or recommend to others. Well done guys
