An excellent service from a professional team. Everything went smoothly, from quotation to removal. All the team were courteous, conscientious and careful with our belongings. Our two day removal was completed without any issues and the team worked so hard to make it easy for us on the day. Would thoroughly recommend.

Excellent service and a great price. The service was excellent from start to finish, cannot fault the team that assisted with my move. There was not even a scratch on any of my items (and there was lots to move!). Would definitely recommend Hadley and Ottoway to anyone requiring a removals company.

Critical: Professionalism On the day the removal seemed good but afterwards we have noticed damage to some furniture, they accept some but not all. Do not get this firm to move a baby grand piano as they will not protect it properly and deny they damage it

We recently used Hadley & Ottaway to move us from Watton to West Norfolk and they were absolutely great. Their price was very competetive and their service was 1st class from start to finish.

The guys we have were first class, made the 4 bed house move so simple. The team were really polite and careful, cannot recommend H&O highly enough, not the cheapest but in life you get what you pay for!

I had an upright Yamaha black gloss piano moved from a second floor apartment. A rep from the company came to look at the location and piano and quoted me accordingly. The team sent on the day included members of ad-hoc staff who otherwise have unrelated jobs. The piano was neither covered or secured so the piano keyboard cover kept opening. Whilst taking the piano down the second flight of stairs the piano was dropped onto a step and the veneer ripped from the instrument. Granted the company sent the piano to approved repair specialists to have it repaired but this was a timely process and when it was finally relocated to my new home it had other marks, dents and scratches to the veneer.

The company refused to rectify these and instead offered an embarrassingly insignificant small partial refund which did not compensate for what I had lost in terms of the damage. They also damaged the piano stool on its final delivery and the member of staff refused to record the damage on paper and said he would verbally report it to the office, therefore the company could not be held accountable.

I have had the piano moved by multiple other firms since o brought it and on no accounts experienced any damage or such confrontational customer service. Should have stuck with what I knew, not moved to a firm just because it was over the road.

From the first initial meeting with Chris I felt completely reassured that I was in good hands, having had other quotes it was apparent to me Chris was by far more competent, professional, straight talking and experienced in what he does. It was clearly explained to me what the plan would be to remove and store the items and I promptly received an email detailing everything we had discussed. Talking on the phone/email with Kerrie and the others who I can only assume deal with the business in house was very easy, professional and to top it off they just seem like lovely people.

Nothing was ever too much trouble. The chaps who packed and loaded the lorry again were extremely prompt on arrival, professional and a pleasure to talk to. From start to finish my experience using H&O has been nothing less than excellent. I deal with a lot of companies on a daily basis and if I'm honest I haven't received this level of service in a long time, very refreshing. Can whole heartedly, 100% recommend! Sarah

Very good group of guys, packed all my stuff all arrived unbroken except bed mattress. Did what was agreed before hand. Would use them again

Very unprofessional and extremely rude staff. Company parked their removals van and blocked our driveway exit. No decency to knock and ask if they could do this and when we asked them to move they said no and would be 4 hours! I telephoned the Head Office and they refused to listen. Terrible company and would never use them.
