I got introduced to Jonathan via the owners of the flat below mine as a trusty and reliable agent. Since commissioning him to sell my property in late 2020, Jonathan has been excellent in terms of communication and market updates. He was not pushy to do a fire sale in a market that was not favourable due to COVID-19. He persevered and finally we managed to sell the property in Jan 2022. Jonathan provided a 5 star service from start to finish. He went out of his way to schedule viewings at convenient times for us as we were travelling from Southampton each time, and when it came to move-in day he dropped the keys off earlier than usual opening hours so that we could plan furniture deliveries for the same day. Throughout our two year lease, he was responsive and helpful in any situations that arose. I would highly recommend Wild & Lye for the personal & honest approach that you don't often get at bigger agencies.

Jonathan was really helpful with our move during first lockdown. Moving from London to Bath, we couldn't come and see the property before moving in, but Jonathan took the time to send us a video tour of the property, and was extremely responsive answering our questions. Would definitely recommend Wild & Lye to renters looking for a place in Bath.
