Intransit Removals & Storage

The Intransit team have been amazing in helping us to move our business across sites and relocate teams. They approach everything with a calm, friendly, can-do attitude and handle the removals with speed, care and professionalism. We have used them over multiple days and have added in a few extra jobs here and there. No job is too small and they have made moving a real breeze which is no mean feat! I would definitely recommend them to others looking to complete a commercial move.

Intransit removal and storage has excellent service and customer care, though they say they are not the cheapest you get total value for money. My mother had to move at very short notice, Derek, visited the same day as requested and submitted a quotation within hours. We accepted the quote, three days later they were in packing up the complete house.

The following day they completed the removal to my mothers new flat. Total time frame 5 days this includes a weekend. Speed is not the only reason I would recommend this removal company, but even more so was the attitude of the staff, my mother is in her nineties and the guys involved almost completely de-stressed this move. I cannot recommend or thank them enough. If I ever need a removal company in the future I won't be looking anywhere else. You get what you pay for Five Stars all round.

Helped us with a move into storage and then 700 miles north to Scotland. Incredibly good service and great communication throughout the process. Intransit took away a lot of stress from the move for us and were an absolute pleasure to work with. Would 100% recommend them to anyone moving home.

Derek and his team were amazing. We required assistance to load a removal when moving a customer from Bath. The team were on time and carried out the move in a very professional manner. Derek & his team moved us last week & we were absolutely blown away by the professional service we received, Derek was on hand both during the move and beforehand making the whole process run like clockwork, our belongings were treated with respect and packed very securely in the removal lorry, the team did a room at a time making it easy for me to leave my home clean for the new owners.

On arrival at the new house the team checked which rooms we wanted things in & were respectful & polite during the whole process. Derek & his staff ( Terry, Steve, Bradley & Ashley ) made the whole day stress free and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Chose this company from 3 quotes for removal abroad. Derek and his team were very professional from beginning to end and communicated at all times until arrival at our destination. Derek and the team carried out all my instructions completely. We knew it would be a late arrival so the team unpacked the beds for us and the sofa bed for them with cover.

We awoke next morning and found the men had been up early and unloaded the goods in all the correct rooms. They left after having breakfast. Nothing was broken. I would recommend this company.

We did self store with In-transit, admittedly for 3 months which turned into nearly 4 years but the guy that runs the place is very rude, unhelpful and difficult to contact. Our furniture was damp when we retrieved it, the wood swollen and the fabric of the chairs marked with mildew. The female in the office is most helpful and efficient if you are lucky enough to speak with her.

Definitely expensive, we were charged nearly 200 just for our containers to be retrieved from the warehouse. The quote to bring to them to our new home was extortionate so we went with a man and a van to collect them.

Short notice full pack and move fantastic from start to finish, great staff, great price highly recommend and will definately use again next time.

Intransit carried out an unusual move for me, in my absence, from an address where I don't live in Hampshire to storage in Somerset. Antique furniture. The removal men phoned me several times with progress and updates. Good communications from the office staff and all went well, despite traffic hold-ups. Would recommend. Thank you.
