Had a quote which was good and tried to provisionally book dates nut was told no can only book when date is definate so was told to ring back so we did a week later and was told that someone had provisionally booked i mean really one rule for one and one for another and now we are left without a removal firm and as it is a house swap we have to move them dates this company is unprofessional and i would not recomend them to anyone neville avenue

Absolutely Amazing! What a brilliant company, that is everyone from ladies on the reception desk through to Gary and every single one of the removals guys. The price for our move was very good considering how complicated it was going from 4 bed detached to an upstairs apartment with very unusual tight staircases. The guys at Roy Jack's never complained, had a brilliant sense of humour and Can Do attitude.

We were delayed a day by Solicitors, not getting the keys in time meant furniture etc couldn't be moved in until next day. Roy Jack's Widnes went above and beyond to help. Keith helped me sort a problem with items I had to leave in my buyers shed. Gary called back to fix a door and helped me with moving items downstairs. Also, they delivered a piano to someone local.

If it wasn't for this company I have no idea how I would have survived the move at all. Everyone of the staff members did their best and the ladies on reception communicated information extremely well keeping everyone involved in the move informed and updated. Recommend Roy Jack's Widnes to everyone. We'll done to the team & a very big Thank You to all.

The nicest company - incredibly responsive and professional. The transporting of a bulky item was arranged and completed seamlessly. Wonderfully generous in lending their services to a local school who had an item donated but which required transport. Highly recommended!

Used this firm on a recommendation but unfortunately encountered abysmal service. Emailed them to accept quote (798 removal and 60 materials). Paid deposit of 459 and expected boxes to be delivered ahead of move as agreed. When didn't I phoned to ask what position was and was told they hadn't actioned my acceptance, we weren't booked in and they could no longer accommodate us.

I am now faced with finding another removal firm less than 14 days ahead of move and hoping to receive refund from Roy Jacks. Amateurish performance and based on my experience best avoided. -- Update: Refund was received and apology offered. Firm also said that having "juggled things around", they could now fit me in. Unfortunately, that was around 5 hours after they had told me they couldn't and with completion day looming, I had no choice other than to approach a different firm.

Cannot rate these guys highly enough, the office staff, the surveyor and the removals team where fantastic throughout my home move superb customer service and very professional, to top it all off the cost was also extremely competitive! If your moving home get yourself to Roy Jacks!

Fantastic family owned and ran company. Damien was professional and friendly and ensured we had boxes, packing tape and labels and the guys that moved us were friendly and efficient (So sorry, forgot their names. Nathan and 2 others). They came and picked up the empty boxes the day after I rang them. A big usp for me was the fact that they give you boxes for free and then pick them up so they can recycle them to the next customer. Just amazing! I would highly recommend! If you need movers, give them a call and ask for Damien, top notch guy!

Moved house with these guys and 15 years later we're still opening the boxes. All well packed, of course.
