Smart Storage was founded in 2004 by Managing Director Jon Wyles and Development Director John Harrington. Their aim was to establish a leading regional self-storage business across the North of England.They have extensive experience in acquisition, development and management of commercial and residential properties. They sourced suitable sites from across the region and the first store was opened in January 2005, in Wirral, on the site of the former Candy Electronics factory at Bromborough.
Jon is a chartered surveyor and is certified by the American Self Storage Association's Manager Certification course. John Harrington is a property developer and owns Harrington Homes.

After some years away, I have recently returned to Smart Storage Warrington for business storage. Having known some of the staff for a number of years, it is of no surprise that everyone there is genuinely positive, proactive, and helpful. If none of the Marks was in and someone else was there from another store they were just as good and approachable too. Highly recommended and great prices too!
