Appalling move team. Did not brief re move day instructions. Did not wrap delicate items. Lots of damage. Have lost several items. Not bothered with insurance claims as items not financially expensive. So far 7 broken items. Complained to office who did nothing. They had been paid in full and were not interested in poor staff. Turns out it was the last day for one of the team. I have moved house 5 times and this company was awful and careless. Nearly 3 months after moving I am still upset.

Hugely happy with our recent experience of being moved by Hoults.
Punctuality was spot on, the team was really well led by Andy and they really did seem as if they wanted everything to go smoothly, efficiently and carefully for us. This was our first move for over 20 years and we were understandably a bit anxious about how it would go, especially as we had some more sentimentally significant items which needed to go into storage; we needn't have worried at all. Thank you to Andy, Ryan, Michael and Jon- we hope very much that when our belongings come out of storage that you also move us into our forever home!

The Hoults team provided an excellent service throughout from the virtual estimate of costs through the process of acceptance of the estimate and the actual move. The team who actually did the removal and unpacking were outstanding. All items were carefully packed, instructions were followed throughout and when our possessions were unloaded everything was placed correctly. Nothing was broken or damaged. Not the cheapest quote but you get what you pay for. Recommended without reservation
