RSS moved me from Scotland to Ireland with a period of storage in between. Every leg of the process was completely hassle free due to the professionalism, courtesy and kindness of the movers. I cannot thank them enough for making a difficult time easier. Graham and his team are excellent at what they do.

We had a problem: we are in the process of selling our house in the south of France, but unable to go there and collect personal and valuable belongings because of ongoing medical treatment here in Scotland. I contacted RSS, and they were able to pack and uplift the items (which had been sorted out in France by a friend), get the consignment through post-Brexit customs checks, and deliver them to our home, all on a timescale that worked for us. The removal went very smoothly, a lot of which was down to Graham who was always quick to respond to my frequent email questions. Many thanks to all at RSS!

We moved out of our house in Edinburgh and our stuff ended up in storage in Scotland for longer than expected. A couple of years later we finally gave RSS the OK to bring it over to Ireland for us. Throughout they were very helpful and professional, with storage, and uncertainty over move dates. The guys doing the initial move out to storage were great, as were the guys who have just delivered to Ireland. Easy to recommend RSS.

Moved from Scotland to Norway during Covid and these folks handled everything. The guys picking up our stuff were all helpful and positive and the same when delivering in Norway. Moved from French Pyrenees south of Toulouse to Aberdeen, Scotland, with RSS. Uniformly helpful snd efficient, especially so with arrangements for collection (along a narrow road with tight bends) and delivery (we were uncertain about our entry date until just about the last minute). Both crews were friendly and energetic and Graham in the office was always responsive to our needs. No hesitation at all in recommending RSS to anyone moving in the UK or elsewhere in Europe. We got quotes from three companies for our move from London to near Montrose in Scotland, and RSS were very competitive. Graham and his team managed everything so efficiently - from covid-safety, to estimates, to boxes and packing materials, to the big move! It was not an easy move as at the London end they had to deal with narrow roads with parked cars and at the Scottish end a very narrow entrance gate.

But everything was met with good humour and every problem was solved with the least amount of bother for us. There was a team of four to pack up the van and then two to unpack, and it was all done with a minimum of fuss or bother to us. Really lovely people to work with! Thank you RSS, from Jackie and Tim

We've moved quite a bit in Scotland and have used a few different services. RSS was excellent - and best price. Our move from Edinburgh to Glasgow was fast, efficient, and stress free! The team was incredibly nice and very careful with our things. Graham and his team made the whole process so easy; I highly recommend them.

Good service and overall positive experience with RSS. Quote was similar to one of the bigger names but RSS had a better cancellation policy, so we went for them given more potential for problems with covid etc. In the end our move date changed twice and they were really good about it and managed to accommodate our eventual move date at quite short notice.

We went for the packing service and the person who came to pack for us really put me at ease, checking what was okay to pack as he went along. The day of the move went really well, we got access to the new house a little after 2 and around two hours later the van was empty. So we had more time to unpack and sort ourselves out than we expected which was a huge help.

We used Removal Services Scotland for moving from St Andrews to central France. They are excellent professionals, very nice, helpful, with excellent pricing. Truly a perfect experience, the best in all my moving along the past 30 years. The staff delivering was also perfect. Excellent packing. Delivering at the exact scheduled time. In other words, I warmly recommend : it is rare to have such combination of nice and competent people, professional service while being well priced.

We chose RSS again as they previously completed a move for us around 4 years ago with no issues. Great value and very professional - came when they said and no complaints when faced with three flights of tight tenement stairs. Also, in addition this time, the lads were also friendly and very helpful - qualities I didn't expect as it's a tough job, but was very grateful for and took a lot of stress out of the process of moving.

I was very impressed with the service from RSS. We were moving a large 5 bedroom home to storage, and then to 2 separate properties. This changed a couple of times and we had to split the furniture in different ways for delivery on 2 different days. Nothing was too much trouble. Every reaction was positive, prompt and courteous. All of the men who worked on our 3 different moving days were a pleasure to work with. I would have no hesitation in recommending RSS to anyone.

Superb service, courteous and careful, at very competitive rates! Can't recommend highly enough.

Terrible company that don't take care of your belongings. Heaps of items damaged. When you complain about the damage they give you a tiny amount of compensation which wouldn't allow you to replace what you have lost. Wouldn't advise anyone to use them especially if you value your personal belongings.

The service we received for the packing and removal into storage and from storage to our new flat was fantastic. Sean, Sean and the other guy (sorry didn't catch his name) were friendly and efficient in what they did. Received a call to say our furniture could be delivered earlier than planned but unfortunately we didn't have the keys at that point. Received a further call at which time we had the keys and the furniture could be delivered. Appreciated the calls.

It helped alot that the beds were put together which allowed us to get on with other things. Van was very clean. Happy with the quality of packaging and labelling. Empty boxes were also taken away. Not planning on moving again but would recommend RSS to friends and family.

I would like to send a very big THANK YOU to RSS - to Graham and Greg in the office for always quick, friendly and obliging communication. Our removal was from Germany into the Scottish Highlands and. everything worked fantastic - without delaying's, postponing's etc. what I would have expected on this long way. The truck was very tidy (seems that it was a new one).

And the guys were unbelievable: John - I would call him Mr. Tetris - was the best stacker I have ever seen. He piled the boxes and the furniture in an extraordinary way. Paul - my name for him: The Hulk. He carried sometimes three boxes on one shoulder and some furniture looked like feathers in his hands.
