Great experience throughout. A fair price and professional service. We were impressed with how the team handled our belongings, you could see they cared. A very relaxed experience for us, they didn't rush and finished in plenty of time. A nice bunch of lads, we'll use them again.

Critical: Professionalism On the surface all okay, but faced with a problem management became petulant and small minded. Price changed with no customer input - not professional or customer focussed.

Steve and his team moved us over 70 miles to our new home and couldn't have been more professional, efficient and thorough. At first I considered hiring a van and carrying out the removal myself but after an initial consultation with Steve and without any pressure he highlighted the potential benefits and pitfalls of doing it ourselves, and he was absolutely right-it's amazing how much you accumulate and have to pack, not so much the big items but the small ones that need putting in boxes. Steve's team took all the pressure from us, arriving on time and getting on with the job straightaway whilst constantly liaising with us.

They took absolute care an attention with everything particularly fragile items, putting all pictures in a purpose-built frame with padding, putting every TV in a padded container, wrapping sofas and beds in protective ccovers, they are ultra professional and efficient and ensure that absolutely everything was looked after. I would not hesitate to use a removal service again but would always use Steve wherever possible. An excellent company with excellent staff, thanks Steve and team.

Thank you so much for all your care and attention with first the storage and then the delivery of our precious piano and 3 piece suite. The piano which is very heavy and awkward to move is a treasured family heirloom. Dominic and son gave it as much care as if it were a baby wrapping it in thick soft cloths so that it arrived in immaculate condition.

On arrival the removal crew were not phased by the steps they had to carry it up and refused to leave until it was safely manoeuvred into exactly the right spot through a rather narrow door. As to the 3 piece suite it was too big to go into the room we wanted so. Steve dismantled it and then rebuilt it in the room taking great care not to scratch our wooden flooring by using huge cloths. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much, we will most certainly use you again and have already recommended your removal firm to my sister and her daughter.

Reliable, friendly, helpful and a totally professional service.

I telephoned for a quote last week, not getting our completion date until the day before we moved I was unable to book any removal companies in advance. It was the week of Christmas and the quote I was given was extortionate. The boss was extremely rude and abrupt. My family and myself have used this company before but never again! Appalling attitude and playing on people's vulnerability under pressure.

Well. what an amazing team. From start to finish Dominics made our whole experience as stressless as possible. We moved from Howden to the Highlands of Scotland. The team arrived on Thursday afternoon to collect 99% of our home contents and the rest on our completion day on Friday while we set off on our epic journey with our pets. We arrived. in the Highlands with our overnight supplies ready for our belongings to arrive the following day and luckily Steve arrived that evening with one of the vans containing our garden and garage stuff and was able to check out the house access etc and discuss with us potential issues with our massive American fridge freezer and Welsh dresser and offering to help move the offending shed obstacle the following day with Tony.

This is the second time we have used Dominics and again I would recommend them. Not the cheapest, but like they say, you get what you pay for and the peace of mind by using Dominics is worth every single penny!

Dominic and Son moved my mum today, as she was downsizing into an independent living facility. She did not know what furniture would fit into the small flat, but we were able to arrange to take loads of furniture and try it, whilst having pre-arranged to have the bits that we did not want returned to the original address. The whole process, from. the initial quote to the extra run at the end of the day was absolutely effortless.

They packed with great care, were kind and patient at every turn. There were some hitches through the day, but no dramas as Dominic and Son sorted every hitch with no issues. They were patient and kind, no rushing us, but were at the same tome extremely efficient. Every member of staff from the person on the phone to the lads who shifted the stuff were kind. Stephen Dominic, whose firm it is, not only did the quote but was also on the move himself, and is unbelievably kind and professional. He even ran the washing machine on a cycle once he had plumbed it in, to make sure it was correctly balanced. I cannot recommend this firm highly enough!
