However, we accept jobs anywhere in the UK and it's not uncommon for us to pick up items located as far as Brighton or Aberdeen and deliver them all over the country.
The main removals vehicle is a Mercedes Sprinter maintained in first class mechanical and cosmetic condition to ensure that your items are transported safely and cleanly. The overall internal dimensions of our van are: Length: 14 feet, Height: 6 feet, Width: 6 feet. Our vehicles are clean and tidy and have the latest GPS systems to ensure a prompt arrival.

I've used VanMan York for a number of moves over the years (beginning in 2015) and the service is extremely reliable and reasonably priced! The movers take great care with your possessions. I've also used them for an office move this year within a listed building and they did a fantastic job. Highly recommended- I wouldn't use anyone else in York!

We hired Van Man for our recent house move and their service was excellent. A few days before the move, I had a slight wobble and Ralph was brilliant, completely reassured me everything would be ok and he would get me moved no matter what! They proved that on the day when they arrived on time and wasted no time in getting started. The move went smoothly and the removal men were friendly and professional and moved us stress free! Van Man York was absolutely amazing this weekend. Our original delivery company cancelled at one hour's notice and when we called Ralph he went out of his way to help us out. We went for the self load option and had some friends helping with the loading. He directed and coordinated our move and gave a lovely service. Efficient and careful too. 100% recommend using them. Thank you to Ralph and his wife, truly saved the day!

Ralph was a good communicator throughout. He was really flexible with us when we had a hiccup before originally planned moving date, and accommodated our booking on a different day. The guys on the day were incredibly considerate with our furniture, manoeuvring, loading and unloading. And were so patient with us when we got held up in the chain. They stayed right till the end to get the job done and remained professional and helpful. Great service and for a competitive reasonable price. Would recommend.

They were very prompt. Arrived at the time they said they would be there, which was great as we had to go to the property prior to arrival time. They were also very polite and professional. They took great care in moving our things into our house bearing in mind these were very large, heavy, glass fronted bookcases. Although the move was local I would most certainly use them again for whatever move was required.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough, the lads that came to do my removals today were first class on every level! When my moving date changed last minute Ralph went the extra mile to save me losing my deposit and arranged another day and time even though he was extremely busy and his diary full. Will definitely use Van Man York again and recommend them to all my friends.
