The amount of choice one has for a removal company is quite overwhelming. Thus in order to really stand out, the customer service has to be out of this world. From the outset, from my first interaction with Alltime Removals the experience was easy and seamless. Our completion moved several times but they did their best to accommodate me. The admin office I spoke to regularly is quick, responsive and efficient.

But then when it comes to the actual packing service and removal, the service is second to none. The team that packed and moved us were nothing short of superb. Helpful, hard working, friendly and effective. Each providing their own set of skills and working amazingly as a team. They were careful about everything and always asking us what we needed and if there was anything more they could do throughout the process. I genuinely can't recommend All time removals more. Honestly, I'm talking to you. Don't be silly. Book them in now.

We booked an appointment for the surveyor to come round to give us a quote. We asked if he could wear a mask, (I'm shielding). Then we get an email to say that the appointment is cancelled because he is exempt from wearing a mask. We said that we would honour his exemption but he still refused to come because he was not comfortable that we had asked in the first place. We rang to ask to discuss this, still waiting for a ring back. Not that it matters, there is no way that we would use them now.

From the beginning, this was such an easy experience. Nick came and assessed the job and quoted very quickly, Nicky probably was frustrated as we didnt exchange until 3 days before completion but she never showed it! The guys on the day turned up at 830 and packed up my 4 bed house in 2 hours. Friendly, professional and so on the ball. We were into the new house in the same amount of time and they made my day so stress free, Thank you to Nick, Nicky, Chris and the guys - brilliant job done!

What a great team All Time Removals are! The whole process of my recent move happened so smoothly. From initial contact with Nicky, through Nick's house visit and costing, right up to the removal day when Chris, Andy and Brendan arrived promptly and carried out the move efficiently and cheerily. Everyone from Alltime has been fantastic, from the first call regarding a quote, the guy who dropped off boxes, to the awesome lads who turned up to do the move on the day. They were a great bunch, very friendly, fast and professional, more than happy to keep the kids amused whilst we waited for keys. I can't thank everyone enough, it was a stressful day, due to key delays, but everyone kept in high spirits and helped make it much more pleasant. We used Alltime removals when moving into a new build property. The builders kept changing the completion date. Alltime were very accommodating with the date changes. We used the service to take apart and re-build storage beds, wardrobe and recliner sofa. The team were on time and made the move a very relaxing experience for us. Nothing was too much trouble and the team were very friendly and professional.

After my partner was taken into hospital the night before our move, I was extremely worried how the day would go. We hadn't managed to do the last minute packing we had planned and the house wasn't really ready. Nick and his team arrived and took all of the pressure away from me. Not only were he and his team very professional, efficient and speedy but the extra mile they went to help us, in a time of real need, was something we will always be grateful for.

Wow 1st class service! So moving is always traumatic, but with Nick and his wonderful team it was a carefree event. Nick kept in touch through the difficult conveyancing, keeping several dates open until we finally exchanged. From packing, loading, waiting for the keys and unpacking everything was done with polite professionalism, with humour and respect.

Nothing was too much trouble and every team member wished us well, followed by a call the next day from Nick to check our first night went well. Such a service is rare these days and would recommend these guys unconditionally.

We used Nick & his team for our recent move. They provided a fantastic service. They were punctual, swift and did a great job both clearing our sold house and transferring to our new one. I used this company yesterday, Nick the estimator was absolutely brilliant at his job, he made us feel so at ease as me and my wife were so stressed.
