We're a family owned and operated business. We have been providing safe, secure and flexible storage in Walsden, West Yorkshire, for over 15 years. Our home, Hollins Mill, is located on Rochdale Road in Walsden. As well as serving our local community, we're around 10 minutes (or less) by car from Todmorden, Littleborough, Hollingworth Lake and Milnrow.

Brilliant flexible service. This is a genuinely local business and they really care about supporting their customers. Competitive pricing too. It's particularly nice to see an old mill being well used and given a continuing lease of life. They have a useful new ground floor section opening now as well.

If you are looking for storage - look no further. These units are clean, super dry and spacious. I'm surprised how much I fit in my 1m x 2 m space. Furthermore, Marshall is really friendly and always greets with a smile. He is super helpful, and often goes beyond the call of duty - in fact nothing is too much trouble. Really excellent - can't recommend them highly enough.

Excellent business. Stored my possessions during a period of 18months whilst I was moving around. Very friendly & helpful team, everything secure but easily accessible when I needed it. hopefully won't need their services again, but if I do then I'd happily go back. Highly recommend.
