Our role is to move your items from one location to another without damage to goods or property. We achieve this using good quality vehicles, correct equipment, careful thought, expertise and care and due diligence at all times.
If Westermans are contracted to do your packing we offer a full service that includes specialist materials such as specially produced heavy duty boxes, this enables us to ensure that all delicate items such as China and Glassware arrive at your new home totally intact, giving you peace of mind. Wardrobe cases will be available on the day of the move to pack your clothes.
As soon as you know you are moving home or office call Westermans and book an appointment with our Expert Removal Representative who will call round and see you, so he/she can assess your requirments, time scale, costs, special details etc. Remember, there are many things apart from the actual move, such as: Final Meter readings for Electricity, Gas, Telephone and Water.

Im disgusted at the way the staff from this firm greet members of the public absolutely disgraceful and the employee should be ashamed of how he spoke to a member of staff who works within the building and has followed protocol and asked them to stop jamminv the lift as there are elderly people at the property i hope people rhink twice about using these abusive members of our community ill be ppsti g this to the local social media sites aalso

James Westerman viewed our property to price up the removal and was shown inside our loft by my husband. He then forgot to include the contents of our loft on our removal day. We weren't there on the removal day as we'd already moved out. As a consequence we've had to spend days and a lot of our own extra expense removing the loft contents and driving them 293 miles to our new address which we'd already paid James Westerman for.
After realising none of our loft contents had been delivered we contacted James Westerman, he simply lied his way out of sorting the situation and continues to lie to this day saying 'we didn't mention the loft'. It was upsetting and disgusting how James responded. JAMES WESTERMAN LITERALLY CLIMBED UP OUR LOFT LADDERS INTO OUR LOFT TO PRICE UP THE REMOVAL.
My husband stood next to him! James refuses to rectify his error or admit to it to this day or even apologise. James last month replied to my husbands review of his business on the trustatrader website where we've proved James Westermans reply is a bare faced lie. Upon being supplied with evidence of James dishonesty trustatrader amended James's reply & omitted his lies.
Without going into detail James Westerman has contradicted himself tripping himself up on his own lies. We have email proof provided by James that proves he is lying. We're not looking for any financial compensation. I just feel we've been treated disgracefully and as far as James Westerman is concerned he's 'got away with it'. We've received a disgracefully bad service from James Westerman removals and wouldn't wish the nonsense we had to endure by simply using James Westerman's services on anyone else.
My parents have just moved from Rossendale and now live a mile away from us. The Rossendale removal firm they used also made a mistake. They've now rectified their mistake and delivered the missing items. This just goes to show what an utterly despicably dishonest business James Westerman removals are.

We used James Westerman on our recent house move. We had their full packing and removals service. They were very reasonably priced (less than half the price of another company I had a quote from!). They came the day before completion to pack up our belongings, which was done very efficiently and with care. On moving day, the team were fantastic, putting our belongings in the required rooms, offering to build beds back up etc. Would highly recommend.

I would not hesitate to recommend James westerman removals. From the initial (very competitive) quote to everything being neatly (and safely) placed in our new home the whole process was seamless! James and his team were so efficient and professional in everything that they did it took all the stresses of moving day away from us! Hopefully we aren't moving again but if we do we will Be in touch! Thank you!

We have used Westermans previously for a house move and were very happy with the professional and friendly service. Last week we used them to move our business to new premises. The staff are always friendly and polite and property is handled with care. I would highly recommend them to anyone for either domestic or commercial.

Very impressed by this firm. they were moving us from lancashire to Herefordshire and they were totally organised when it came to the logistics of this. The cost was competitive, the quote was quickly arranged. They arrived when they said they would, everything was loaded efficiently. The guys were upbeat, worked hard and very courteous. even though they had to off load everything in the rain.
They put dust sheets down so mud in the house. Bless their hearts they even helped to assemble a big desk and put the feet back on our sofa. Before they left they offered to move some items around to make it easier for us to unpack. We can't thank them enough.

First class service. Arrived at 9am as promised & even cleared the snow from the driveway. 4 bed house fully loaded by lunchtime. We then had a 2 hour wait for new house keys, but the 3 guys still had everything in our new house, 15 miles away, by 5.30 pm. Nothing damaged at all. Highly recommended.
