We recently moved out of our house in Ipswich, Suffolk and had to put all our belongings into storage for 4 weeks before we then moved into our new house in Cambridgeshire. We had Wyards do all our moves and storage, and their service was excellent. The removal men Glen, Kieran and Pete were professional, helpful and did a fantastic job of packing and labelling the boxes.

They made the stressful time of moving much more relaxing and enjoyable. When contacting the office, calls were answered swiftly and any queries were quickly sorted. Lorraine was very helpful. Overall a superb job done by the whole team, thank you.

This is the third time I have used Wyards in the last 14 years, and there is a reason I keep coming back. The team who came to help were really nice effiecient, helpful and made a tough day a lot easier. The team in the office are really helpful and communication was great all the way through. Thank you again.

From the moment we contacted them for a quote, to the time they drove off away from our new home, we couldn't fault their service. The quote was by far the cheapest we'd had, the packing boxes were delivered quickly and when stated, and the two guys moving us were friendly, hard-working and careful. Recommended.

AVOID AVOID AVOID - WOW it was so bad Frank Spencer should work for them. Where to start with this company, they said items would be wrapped in cellophane, you guessed it - they were not. Then the expensive sofa's came through the front door with such sheer brute force leaving scuff marks all over the leather. No care taken at all. We also had a chair leg broken on a 1000 Laura Ashley chair which had then been hidden in our lounge amongst other items.

The guy that broke the chair must have known he had done it, as on checking the other 3 legs they are so sturdy it would have taken quite some force to do this type of damage. Ok so not great thus far.it gets worse! Now dealing with their office people regarding my issues so "Customer Services" I think its called? OMG it was like pulling teeth while wading through the thickest of treacle.

No one takes ownership of your issues, you will just get fobbed off and they never call you back. Like I said AVOID at all costs! We wont be using them again and I doubt our friends, family and colleagues will after we told them ALL about our terrible experience. They were RUBBISH!

I can highly recommend Wyards. The team were very professional, polite, hard-working, nothing was too much trouble, which made a stressful day all that much easier! I have no hesitation in recommending Wyards.

Since Wyards a trusted family firm have been taken over their work has gone massively down hill. Our recent experience in April 2014 should be a warning to anyone thinking of using them. Furniture from storage was delivered damaged, there was damage to walls and a radiator was ripped off the wall as they attempted to bring in a sofa bed. A watch went missing from a chest of drawers which should have been carried draw by draw but instead was loosely strapped up and we observed contents falling out as the man started up the stairs.

We know unexpected things can occur with something as stressful as a move but the way Wyards have stone walled our request for assistance to make good the damage borders on contempt for any kind of customer service.

The other reviews must have been written by the company as Wyards has to be the worst company i've ever had to deal with they caused hundreds of pounds of damage and delayed telling us you had to get the claim in within 7 days so there insurance didn't have to pay. I can't warn anyone who might be considering using these jokers enough DON'T USE THEM AT ANY COST unless you want your treasured possessions broken. I didn't even want to put one star but it wouldn't let your post the comment without one.

Wyards worked on behalf of a local authority and declined to pay my claim for damages as was not done within 7 days which was a lie! They packed some of my things (if you can call that packed) and returned my items broken. I pointed this out to the removal men who said they would get someone to contact me. I waited and nothing no call so deliberatly went over 1 week so i could not claim.

It was about 3 weeks later they sent someone round who accused us of breaking our own things. This is a disgrace maybe cause i live in a council flat that treated my stuff like rubbish i like to note i work for a living and I would beg people do not use this firm they are deceitful lied to ther insurance company as not to pay for over 200 worth of damage and to do this to a pregnant women is disgusting. They only got a star cause i had to give one.
