Was told there was a lot to learn about this job. That you cant learn the whole job quickly. Told I'd basically have to sit there because they don't have the staff to train me while they do there jobs. Then they let me go because I wasn't progressing enough in the job role. Brilliant logic. Probation period was 1 month. the whole company is sketchy.
