We were very pleased with Todd's removal service. From packing us up to getting us into our new home, it all went like clockwork. It was not an easy move as everything had to be decanted from large vehicles into a smaller van at the other end because of the narrow access. No moans or groans. They just got on and did everything. Well done.

Excellent removals service. Packing boxes and materials delivered promptly so we had plenty of time to prepare. The team on the day did a great job in loading and unloading, very helpful, polite, reliable. No hesitation in recommending.

First class service throughout. We moved from England to Northern Ireland and the whole team made it seamless. Excellent, cheerful and helpful service. Everything was packed carefully and delivered safely to the right rooms the following day. The whole experience was seamless from start to finish. It took so much of the stress away from the move, especially for my elderly father.

The guys were friendly, arrived on time but did seem to pack things on top of everything else. On arrival at new property slight damage on TV unit. They appeared to be in a rush to get away even thought we paid the waiver fee. Items in garage were just dumped on top of each other with no consideration to what they were and some boxes not left in the rooms we indicated on the boxes.

No hanging rail boxes were provided even though we requested them and luckily the guys had just 2 on the van so we had to make do with all our clothing fitting into 2 small hanging boxes. We showed our invoice to the guys which did confirm these were ordered.

We'd have no hesitation in recommending Todds, and we'd use them again. We were moving locally from a 2-bed to a town house, with a large amount of belongings. The two men were professional and impressively quick in emptying the house and then bringing it all into the new one.

I moved from Essex to Suffolk and decided on a Suffolk removal Company, bit of research on google and Todd's seemed to fit the bill! They arrived on time and quickly emptied my bungalow carefully packing my furniture which was going in to their storage facility (this ended up nearly six months although originally two were planned). I paid for the removals up front and was billed monthly (in advance) for storage!

All rates were reasonable and I was never asked when I would be taking my furniture out of storage. When it was time to move in to my new property a simple phone call, paid the removal bill, they refunded the storage days I hadn't used and again delivered quickly and efficiently on the day and time I required! If I ever move again I will definitely use Todd's and would unreservedly recommend to anyone else!

Cannot fault the service, three very helpful lads turned up on time, packed everything and dismantled three beds in 3 hours. Just as quick at our new home, no breakages, no issues and the price was much lower than some competitors. Really happy we chose Todds.

Moved a few miles down the Road from Kesgrave to Martlesham, Todds provided a competitive quote and were accommodating in terms of dates. On the day Barry and his assistant worked very hard, they were efficient and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

We used Todd's to both pack our house up and move us, they were very professional on both days. The packing was very thoughtfully done and anything delicate wrapped in paper. On the day 3 removal men were there at 8am, they packed the lorry quickly and then met us at the new house as soon as we had the keys. Any leftover boxes were collected as soon as we phoned. We were very impressed with the service and at a great price too, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Totally let down at the last minute by this company! I would advise not to use them or consider them for your move! Terrible service and very rude on the phone when they even knew what they were talking about. Shame as the guy who came to give a quote seemed ok. Very unprofessional company!

Todds moved me on Saturday 29th September Absolutely brilliant service, Barry amazing with helping load all my stuff, polite and punctual I couldn't recommend them enough!

Lost items, broken items, been told to wait and look for them. Called a liar in subtle words. Boss emailed me after 5.30 on the last day I could make a claim, after my 3rd call. So he's washing his hands of it all. On top certain services provided such as assembling beds were not fulfilled. More troubles but list is too long. On the plus side friendly staff. Bad management

Todds Removals made a very stressful day run smoothly, we couldn't have done our move without their helpful, friendly and efficient staff. Highly recommend their services!

I am so angry with todd removals. I have told them several times that we have our carpet professional cleaned so please do some protection when moving. However, they only put several rugs on the stairs, and step in all the rooms directily. When we ask the removers to do some protection for the carpet in the room as well, they 'THINK' our carpet are. still dirty so they refused to do so.

They are so rude! Moreover, since there is no specific number of mattress box stated on the contract they choose not to bring any! We only need one! At least they should have brought one! Because of their bad attitude I am so angry. I would not recommend them at all!
