We moved from the United States to Benitachell, Spain and used this terrible company. BIG MISTAKE! They damaged our vintage terra cotta floors bringing in our furniture and even though one of the movers took a photo right after he damaged the floor Mr. Cooper, the owner denied that his mover did the damage and refused to pay for it to be repaired. Plus, they lost several of our items.
The cost of the move far exceeded the original quote. Beware of this company as they will pretend to be nice until they have your money. I could go on and on but I think anyone reading this will get the picture. Of course they will respond with how great they are and many years they have been here, etc. but that has no bearing on how we were treated. There are other negative reports regarding Coopers Removals so please check them out as well.

Do not use this company they are very unprofessional and dont give a damn once they have your money. I contracted Coopers to collect and deliver my furniture to the uk and paid them handsomely for the privilege. They repaid me by sub contracting the transporting of my goods to another uk company Brittaina Lanes who delivered my property damaged and covered in boot Mark's They seem to think that their behaviour is ok. Dreadful service. Don't use this company. They were happy to take payment to move our belongings back to UK but then stopped all communication with us. They don't answer phone calls unless we use a number they are not familiar with. They don't answer our emails. Meantime we are still waiting for our things. Apparently they subcontracted the move to uk but Coopers refuse to give us any contact details if the new firm. This is as bad as it gets
