I had appalling service from Abbots when I moved house. I phoned up and booked the day and date and time to move and the guy said he would come round to look at what is going to work out what sized van and how many guys he would need. However he kept cancelling and didn't come round until the day before. Then he dropped the bombshell that they wouldn't be moving me after all.
He said that his vans were too big for my road and he would never be able to get in. This was at about 2pm and left me in a big mess. He said he would get in contact with some other trusted companies to see if anyone else could do the job instead but in the end he dumped some cowboy company on me who broke or lost a lot of my possessions. I would never go to them again!
