We'll collect, protect, store, manage, scan and deliver all your important documents - and even securely destroy them when the time's right. Your records will be more secure off-site. Your offices will look great, and you'll free up expensive floor space. You won't need to hire your own staff to manage your storage and cart heavy boxes around - with all the risks that that entails.Most storage companies will bill you over and over again for replacement boxes. We never will: when necessary, all our boxes are replaced for free - and when their life is over, they go straight to recycling.

The Storage Company will securely collect, archive, manage, scan, deliver & even destroy your documents off-site, from our warehouses serving Bath, Bristol, Exeter, Cardiff and the rest of the South West. We're proud to be members of the Records Management Society and the Society of Archivists. Our success has been founded on two key principles.
Off-site storage is considered to be best practice. You'll pay a fraction of the floorspace; you'll protect vital records against flood, fire and theft; and you won't have the headache of managing it all yourselves. So let us collect and protect your files and documents (whether paper or on disc), and we'll let you have them back whenever you like.
Just because your archived files are in storage doesn't mean you can't work with them. Just give us a call and we'll deliver your file or box back to you - or, even better, we'll scan it and make it available to you online. Just give us a call and ask us to scan one or more of your documents (there's no upper limit).
Businesses are required to keep statutory records for 7 years. But after that, why pay to store them if you don't have to? On request, we will destroy your electronic or hard-copy documents - in a way that's confidential, secure, and environmentally friendly. Nothing gets destroyed unless we've received and confirmed your written instructions, so don't worry: there are no accidents. And since we track every document by barcode throughout its journey with us, we can be sure we've destroyed the right files.
