Fantastic storage place, very secure, very clean, and so close to all amenities, like Costa, and supermarkets. Plus great parking areas out the front and back, lots of trolleys readily available, and workforce are incredibly lovely and always there 7 days a week.

This is an excellent storage centre. The staff are friendly and helpful, all areas and units are beautifully clean and look well maintained. Access could not be simpler with use of a fob and trolleys are provided free of charge, with a spacious lift available. I would not hesitate to use Safestore again and would certainly reccommend it to anyone.

The team at Safestore Charlton is amazing, Mark especially, have been always available to clarify any queries. I had prompt updates always from them by email. The unit provided has served well to its purpose, was exactly within the space that I required and very clean inside. I am an Estate Agent and stored valuable landlords property with peace of mind knowing that the items stored have been insured in case of any unforeseen circumstances.

I greatly recommend this storage facility, secured access, monitored, access 24h (although I didn't require late hours access, it is great to have should such need arise.). Robert, MD BELFERS Ltd.

I enjoy the staff at the Charlton Safestores branch. They are funny and so helpful and they always make you feel welcome. What I don't like about the changes that your company has made, is that when your contract is up you get your notification of the price increase but this does not come from the branch that deal with you on a regular basis and who knows you, but from HQ which means they don't know you and you have to start the process of seeing if you can get a cheaper price, which can be very stressful.

The notifications of price increases and negotiations should be dealt with by the branch you deal with on a regular basis, and the contract should be longer as well. Every year before Christmas I have to see if I can get cheaper price for my unit and not the 100 increase that I got this year. But apart from that I love the Charlton branch staff especially Mani.

Where soviet style customer service meets Safestore! I went there to send a DHL parcel, and it was made clear to me more than once that they were drop off point and had no interest in helping me further when there was an issue with DHL system. When I pointed it out, the older guy working there, who clearly had no excuse for his attitude, went on the attack instead that I don't wear a mask on the premises.

At no point, before that was mentioned and I did not notice a sign on the door. Saying that both staff members were maskless. Honestly, that put me right off using Safestore ever again.

The facility was clean and secure, with easy access during work hours. The woman who did my check-in and check-out was not the friendliest. I ended up overpaying because I didn't realise I have to give two weeks notice before vacating the unit. When I first booked the facility I said that I only require two weeks, but was told they take a payment for four and refund the unused portion. No refund for me though because I didn't read the small print!

I have always received fantastic service and assistance from all the staff. I would like to highlight the recent assistance from Mani Uppal who went the extra mille and provided lots of help and support to get the right deal. I would highly recommend Charlton Safestore - I do not see a better place to keep my stuff - Thank you

Really efficient and helpful staff. Much easier to navigate than I imagined and the whole process of getting set up was really quick. Unit was super clean. Recommend it from both a service and product aspect.

Mark and his team have always been so helpful with my storage needs over the years, finding the best unit to suit my need and also the best price. You are always greeted with a smile and I feel they genuinely care about their customer service, it is always a pleasure to see them. I've never had any problems with Safestore Charlton, the building has always been secure, clean and tidy, and everything has stored well, even fabric items. I would highly recommend them for short or long term storage.

Staff were extremely helpful and informative. I waas given the right storage unit wwith a minimum of fuss and for good value. thank you for all your help. I was in the middle of moving home and storage units and the kind assostance of the staff was brilliant

I have been with Safestore at charlton for over 18 months and have been a satisfied customer. The Staff are wonderful always with the zeal to serve, they keep our Parcels neatly recorded and duly informs us without delay to pick up and to cap it all the environment is always clean. kudos Charlton Safestore.

I have used many storage companies but this one is by far the worst. The staff were rude, they billed me incorrectly, they moved my goods to different locations three times in the space of months which resulted in damaged items and caused me to lose hundreds of pounds worth of goods. Stay away!

I am absolutely astounded at how unprofessional this company is. I would avoid at all cost. Complete cowboys.
