This company allows their franchises to park there lorries and vans all over a small estate. Lorries are parked up in front of a kids playground leaving small children no option but to cross the road in between them. This company has been contacted numerous times about ensuring their staff park in safe places, where THEY live, not parking your vehicles at no cost to yourselves where other people live.
But our calls have fallen on deaf ears. Your company have no social responsibility whatsoever. If something happens to a child on our estate, this is documented you will be held responsible. Just because it's free doesn't mean it's right, let our children play safely. Rent or buy somewhere for your staff to park safely. Please don't bother replying with corporate rubbish on here to make you look good, as I have contact you previously, privately and you have done nothing.

TIP: withhold your number if you need to speak to them. Once you've made a booking, their system recognises your number and will divert you to automated responses with no option to speak to a human. That alone probably tells you a lot about their service. We booked a removal with them. Original quote was 380. They started the job, it had massively been underestimated and we ended up having to pay ~1000.
Totally understand these things happen, but that is a huge difference and a cost we had not expected. They had hooked us in though so we had no choice. On top of this, they constantly kept taking random amounts from my card without explanation, a total racket. The customer service team are incredibly unhelpful. Again, I do understand an estimate is an estimate and can change, but that was a staggering difference and shouldn't have happened. The removal team we're good and worked really hard, it's a shame they are let down by the office team.

I have been using fantastic services for more than 8 years now and a member of the fantastic club. Recently hired for removal services for packing services for 3 hours. They send 2 guys via their sub contractors superb removals who were incompetent, did not know how to do packing simply dumped our stuff without packing properly especially glass items., company did not provide enough packing material, very small boxes, forgot wardrobe boxes, we provided them 10 our extra packing boxes and other packing material.
The men ran way in 2 hours instead of 3 hours, making a whole mess of our house, incomplete packed items, smelled of cigarettes, not safety stds. Left dirty face masks in our premises and list is endless. Finally end up doing most of the packing on our own. Complaint and emailed fantastic customer support services with all the pictures as evidence and other details.
They come back saying that sub contractors did their best with the material provided. No other response. The customer support is rubbish, with no sense of responsibility, very casual approach and service quality poor. Over the years the company has expanded but they have down graded their customer service and quality of work. Paid them more than 800 pounds for the integrated removal services. End result stressed out, messed up and no accountability from fantastic services and no compensation. Will stop using them for all the services from now on.

I just moved with FS and I would strongly not recommend the experience, for 2 reasons: - a valuable item was lost in the move. This kind of things happen when various vans are involved. The movers themselves were professional and hard-working people. But the reaction of the company was: we are not in charge, we just connected you with some movers, speak to the police if you wish, - initial quote was underestimated and I was asked to pay for significant additional charges. Happy if my experience can help others.

Based on my experience Fantastic Services tries to get a lot of business, but they actually don't have capacity and can't deliver on all the services they charge for. Fantastic Services cancelled on me last minute 3 times, and always this was for quite time-sensitive bookings (end of tenancy cleaning once and twice Man & Van). This led to a lot of stress trying to find an urgent replacement, higher costs and a lot of time spent talking to different Fantastic Services support people (there is no single support channel).
I don't recommend using Fantastic services if you need a guarantee for a high-quality service to be delivered on a particular date. P.S. I changed the rating to 2 stars because Fantastic services refunded me both for the removal and end of tenancy bookings, issued a 150 GBP compensation for having to find a last minute replacement and sent a hamper. I would still have preferred the booked removal and cleaning being on time, but I appreciate the refund.

Two guys from Fantastic Gardeners - Dobromir and Constantine came to tidy my garden recently and give it a huge overhaul. They arrived promptly, were friendly and professional and did a great job of cleaning it up in just the two hours allocated. They also made sure everything was tidied and cleaned fully after they left - which I appreciated as it wasn't easy for them to bring the bags of waste through the flat and to the front on a rainy day.
They were very efficient and I would recommend them. The only drawback was that the electric saws used to cut the hedges don't give them as much of a natural look afterwards but that's the nature of the machinery and they'll look more organic when they start to grow back. The main thing is that the garden is vastly tidier than before!

I have used Fantastic Cleaning about three times. I have the App on my phone and book the oven clean and carpet cleaning on line. They always turn up within the times arranged and work really hard. The oven was like brand new and price so much lower than other companies. I cannot recommend them enough.

At 10.30 AM on the day of my move, I ended up having brunch with a friend - because everything was done already! The movers turned up bright and early, were very efficient in moving everything while I did the last checks and bags, and they carried everything up three flights of stairs in the new please without a moment of hesitation at any point. One of the movers was even so kind to get out a drill and a bag of screws from his van when he noticed a screw missing somewhere - and even even that was done in seconds. Very much recommended, there's great care and kindness in this service.
