These guys are just brilliant! I cannot recommend them enough. There is nothing more stressful than moving to a new place, but they made it all so easy for us. From the minute they arrived they worked extremely hard and professional. They were genuinely happy helping us and always had a smile on their face, although we had some very heavy and fragile mirrored furniture.

They wrapped them up very carefully before moving them. We had not one broken item. I was worried because we had our new flat just painted 4 days before the moving date, but I shouldn't have. They didn't left any stains anywhere as they were extremely careful when carrying our items. I'm very happy we hired them. They were incredible. Amazing value, great guys and an excellent service. I was extremely impressed with this lot. Originally I had approached them to move a piano out of my fifth floor flat, which I knew would be a very tricky and labour intensive job down many sets of stairs. They quoted far less than I was expecting after looking at photos of the building, and were flexible on arrangements. Then, at short notice, our new house purchase fell through, meaning we had a whole flat's worth of stuff that suddenly needed to go into storage while we found somewhere to rent.

In the midst of all this stress, Kosh, their admin guy, didn't miss a beat and said they could do the lot, explaining how they would come with containers and keep everything packed that way for as long as necessary, for a reasonable weekly fee. Arriving promptly on the day, they set about things methodically and provided extra wrapping for some of the more fragile items, such as large mirrors.

When it came to the piano, extra personnel turned up with a van and they mummified it completely before managing the daunting process of getting it down to the street with various gurneys. It probably took about an hour and I gave them a round of applause. I've had previous experiences with companies who overcharge and seem to exaggerate the scale of the task, whereas this team come with the attitude that there's no problem too difficult to solve, and also charge really fairly.

They even helped lug a heavy sofa down which we weren't taking with us (and which got snapped up from the kerb by someone that evening, just as we'd hoped). Major customer satisfaction here - I would definitely use them again for any future house move.

Great service. They were very efficient and considerate, both packing and then on the day of the move. They took care of everything, but still checked with us about any objects they weren't sure of. They charge market rates, but you're glad of it because you get a full team of professionals and you feel safe. Fully recommended

We went with them on the recommendation of friends, and haven't regretted it. Money well spent. We had moved a lot of stuff ourselves, but still had quite a lot to move, including bulky furniture. The loading only took 2 hours, and that was with the utmost care being taken with our belongings. At the other end, the unloading was completed in an hour. This definitely took a lot of pressure off us, and I would highly recommend using the company

WOW! These guys were absolutely amazing! They turned up on time and did a fantastic job packing and unpacking at the other end. They were so calm, cheerful, and polite throughout. I'd been dreading the move, but J & WJ Morris went out of their way to make it as pain-free as possible. I cannot recommend them enough!

I couldn't recommend J &WJ Morris highly enough. They made what could have been a very stressful day genuinely stress free. It was almost fun?! They were polite, careful, thorough and helpful - both with my many questions before the move and on the day. Our stuff was really well looked after, they kept us updated throughout, and absolutely went above and beyond with what they did.

We used J&WJ MORRIS removals on 8th May 2018 and they were fantastic! It was a scorching hot day, but the guys worked so hard and professionally the whole day. It was no easy task in the heat as it was a big move. The guys did everything possible to ensure the move was successful. From start to finish it was an excellent service, being provided with the boxes, tape, packing tissue it really helped in making our move stress free.

Very helpful guys nothing was a problem and the rebuilding of wardrobes was brilliant, they certainly can do the job brilliantly in efficient time too and at very affordable rates.

We asked them to move two pianos (upright and grand) from a first floor flat from which it was extremely difficult to get them out (the grand had to go out through the window) and they gave us a much cheaper quote than anyone else. They were very professional and very friendly, and in all stages they took extremely good care of the pianos. Obviously we were very nervous about the whole move but they managed to inspire trust from the beginning. We would definitely hire them again.

We moved from a rather large house to a not so big apartment at the end of March. We had to downsize and were dreading the move, but J & WJ Morris managed to take the pressure of us in the weeks before the move by being always friendly and helpful. When phoning the company, Kosh was always there to answer questions and give advice. On the day of the move it was impressive to see five strong men carrying heavy furniture and boxes and being cheerful with it! They did the work within a few hours, which was quite amazing.

We used J & WJ Morris for our move last year, which everyone says is a stressful time. but it wasn't at all. They were timely; efficient; dismantled & reassembled the beds neatly for us & best of all.we didn't need to box up our hanging clothes, they transferred them just as they were for us! : We would highly recommend their services to you all.

The whole process from initial quote to the final unpacking of boxes at our new home was really well handled. Danielle was really helpful when we needed more packing boxes, our change of completion dates was handled with ease and the guys doing the heavy work were really lovely. Everyone has been polite, helpful and considerate. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.
