P&H moved us out in Jan and just moved us to our new place now it is finished. Had different people help us pack and move us both times. They have all been awesome. Without exception everyone could not be more helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Do not use this company under any circumstances. Do not let them into your home or trust them with your possessions. Above all do not let them scam you by allowing Rob into your home prior to moving. Rob turned up unexpectedly 3 days early, on the pretext of starting the packing early! Whilst there he 'removed' my jewellery from my bedroom wardrobe.

I challenged Tom the owner and Rob who was extremely rude and dismissive, they accused me of being confused and claimed the jewellery would turn up. It did not. Four months later all boxes unpacked and no sign of my missing items. Obviously. I reported it to the police and my insurance company who are investigating. It is now going to Court. Please contact me if you have suffered similar losses.

I have spoken to several other clients of P&H and all have spoken of items of furniture going missing or being damaged in transit, especially if you put them in storage. It's impossible to try and claim on P&H insurance because they have none. Their BAR membership has lapsed. Read the small print on the paperwork. Better still find another Removal company!

A very big Thank you to Kyle and Dom whom moved my huge heavy furniture yesterday. They were quick, very professional and friendly. Would use them again in a heartbeat! Also would like to thank Tom for all the organisation, great company, excellent staff!

Good service, lift is difficult getting big items down to ground floor, try and get ground floor storage if you have big items like mattress household items.

An unbelievably poor service & level of professionalism. Not only did the removal men put a whole in my wall from the property I was moving from. They proceeded to empty my gardening pesticides into a suitcase as a way of transporting, consequently they leaked & have a ruined suitcase! Plus a damaged mirror & picture frame. Would not recommend in any circumstance, the whole experience was very stressful

Having toyed with the idea of self-moving, but we decided to go for a full removal and we are so glad we did. It took so much of the stress out of a chaotic day and the P&H team were superstars! We moved during Storm Eunice (60-90mph) winds, and despite being battered the guys were cheerful, polite and super efficient! The fact they also supied the boxes and packing materials made our move so much simpler. A* and would 100% use again.

P&H moved us from Littlehampton to Gretna. Nothing was damaged in the move. I originally left a negative review, as a warning about using P&H, as I couldn't find two expensive pictures after the move. I've now changed my review as a warning to yourself. Really, really check through your stuff before accusing P&H of losing things. After ages searching to no avail, I inadvertently came across my pictures. P&H didn't lose them at all. So, as frustrating as it is at the time, be patient and really check. The lads who did the move were great, the only idiot involved in the whole affair was myself. Apologies to all at P&H.

Tom and his workforce have been absolutely amazing for both my grandparents and my parents recently. My grandparents moved during lockdown last year and P&H were professional and careful to ensure safety. Today, my Dad was due to move from the South Coast to Newcastle and this morning the removal company lined up fell through. After a phone call to the P&H office, Tom arrived, literally within 5 minutes of the call.

Within minutes again, Tom had arranged two vans and 5 of his workforce and by 3pm the contents were out and will be in Newcastle tomorrow morning. I would like to thank Tom and his crew for bending over backwards to help us at the last minute and remaining professional yet friendly and easy to deal with. Without your quick, life saving service we would not have been able to move out!

An amazing moving experience. Went out of their way to help in several ways. The main one being to help move others in the chain. Packing service excellent, great care and well protected. All staff polite, courteous, friendly & helpful. Price reasonable. I so recommend this extremely professional company.

These guys moved my mum into her new home on Monday, they bent over backwards to help her and get her in quick. They didn't arrive till 5.30pm and where all finished by 6.20! They called in extra hands to help unload and where so efficient. Friendly and professional guys, I would highly recommend! Service: Local moving
