We are a self-storage centre located on the outskirts of Worthing with easy access from the main A27 and A259 roads. We can help if you want to store the contents of your home in between moves, free up expensive office space by archiving files, store surplus stock or if you simply want to have a spare room away from home or the office. We have different sized storage units available to rent on easy terms.We will be able to tell you what size unit you will require. There are no long term leases or onerous commitments - sign a simple licence agreement and you can move in on the same day.
Services
Our staff are available to help you if required. The premises are alarmed and monitored by CCTV. Security lighting is in operation during the night and the estate is regularly patrolled by guards. All occupants are advised to take out insurance to cover replacement or repairs to their property. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to goods whilst stored in the units.
The units are let on a simple licence agreement with the minimum period of hire being one month. Licence fee is payable monthly in advance and we will also require a refundable deposit. You can terminate the agreement by giving two weeks prior notice. VAT is included in the licence fee. Discounts are available for longer term lettings.
