We initially chose James Removals because of the clear information on their website. We were not disappointed. The quote process was simple. We went for the full pack option. From the outset Gary, Nancy and Liam were polite, friendly and incredibly efficient throughout our move from south London to Littlehampton They kept us informed of what was happening at all tines.

They worked amazingly hard to ensure that everything was where we wanted it and even moved some items on more than one occasion because of our indecision. This was our first move in 20 years. Should we ever move again we would not hesitate to contact the team at James Removals.

Fantastic service! Took the stress out of moving, very efficient and caring of our belongings. Covers for sofas, TV and canvas' were great. All done on moving day by 3pm, for a 3 bed house move. Great price!

Excellent is the only word I can use about the team at James Removals. From the pre-moving assessment, supply of boxes and removal materials through to the care and attention that they showed our property on the actual removal day, these guys were excellent. Helpful, pleasant, and light hearted in a good way, on what is for many a very stressful day, the team at James removals moved us with a minimum of fuss. We've used them before and we'll use them again when the time comes.

Fantastic service for our recent home move, Frank came on Saturday to pack everything and was extremely efficient and has done a great job. The moving day team were exemplary. Everyone I've been in contact with has been extremely friendly and professional, and it makes a huge difference knowing that when you phone the office a human will answer within a couple of rings.

James Removals recently took care of my house move. This was my second experience with the company. They first moved me 22 years ago which is why I came back to them this time. Although the company has really grown I was delighted to see they retain their lovely friendly, professional and reliable approach to moving. I felt looked after from the get-go.

I really liked the fact they sent someone to my home to assess my moving needs rather than asking me to send them a video. Whenever I rang to update about my move they were always supportive and reassuring. On the day Tony and Liam were awesome! They were friendly, capable, swift but careful. They regularly checked in with me about where I wanted things to go and nothing was too much trouble.

So I'm calling them the Dream Team! Heartfelt thanks to everyone at James Removals. You definitely took all the potential stress and anxiety out of my move. I will return when I need to move again and I'll be recommending you to family and friends.

We used James Removals to move us from a first floor flat to a nearby ground floor flat. The service from start to finish was excellent from Chloe who did the initial survey on our flat, to Nancy and Lee who did all the physical work (and disassembling and reassembling wardrobes and beds) whilst we just sat back, and to the others who arrived after their job was complete to lend a hand.

Everything was looked after with no damage to our belongings and I could not recommend them highly enough. After our experience with them on this move they would without doubt be the first company I would approach if we are to move again.

Matt and Paul moved 50 boxes, 2 double beds and mattresses, dining table, dressing table and various bits from our old flat to our new flat efficiently and carefully. Matt and Paul are very professional. We will definitely recommend them to others, very pleased.

Thank you so much to all of the people who helped move us over 3 days from 28 -30 October. We had a fair mixture of good and bad weather but the crews remained incredibly positive and motivated to get the job done. We used James removal last week and it was the best choice. They were so great on price. The removal team were punctual and very very professional. The team Chloe, Andy, Paul. Craig and Paul where just amazing. So attentive, proficient and generally nice bunch of people. They didn't once moan about anything and just got on with their job with big smiles on their faces. Moving into storage Notwithstanding the fact that all removals firms were incredibly busy to meet the stamp duty holiday deadline we had superb service from initial enquiry right through to completion of the move. The whole James team from the office staff through to the removals crew are courteous, professional and clearly know their stuff. The crew were incredibly careful in the way the handled our belongings and the property. I would recommend them unreservedly and without hesitation.

We used James removals to move 2 family homes (one in Kent & one in London) in one location. The guys were with us for 3 days only stopping for their lunch breaks. Nothing was to much trouble and they went that extra mile over the 3 days. I'm not intending to move again for a very long time but if for some reason i have to i would not hesitate to use the guys from James Removals. Whilst everything generally went well, a valuable item was dropped and badly damaged by one of their operatives and we were assured we would be covered by insurance. However, James Removals refused to make any contribution. Be careful if you pack anything yourself as they won't cover it. Would not use them again or recommend them

My Family and I moved home, James Removals quoted and sent and efficient, polite and experienced team to pack our items and personal effects, to our new home and all the items arrived in the correct rooms with no issues, we are very pleased with James Removals and recommend very highly. We were about to use Coppards, but were dissuaded by the owner of the house we were buying, who had used them in 2015 and found them unsatisfactory. I am very glad we chose James Removals instead. Michael packed and was simply amazing - he packed our whole house in 6 hours, and having now unpacked everything, we've marvelled at how well everything was wrapped and packed - not a single breakage. The move day went like clockwork, and the team even assembled our beds at the new house.

I used James Removals to store my furniture whilst i was abroad and then used them to move me into my new house when i returned. i found them quick and reliable and very well mannered. when i spoke to there MD-James to tell him the address i would like my furniture delivered to he was very pleasant and his workers was out side my new house with my stuff before i was and was done putting them in my house exactly were i wanted them with in the hour. STRONGLY RECOMENDED!
