I had to ship half a container-load of household effects from England to Malta in July/August 2021. Bournes were exceptionally efficient with everything. Andy was very quick in providing the estimate and dealing with the order. Arunee kept me regularly updated with progress while the boxes were being shipped. The local agent at the Maltese end was similarly efficient. On top of all this, the price was competitive. Very glad I chose Bournes.

We used Bournes when we moved house 2 years ago, we'd had a baby 2 days earlier so were pretty stressed but they were so professional and went above and beyond to make sure things went smoothly! We used their packing service for the move which was incredible, well worth it as it saved us SO much time. When we needed a large sofa collected recently we knew they were the right people to ask, they were so helpful and managed to get it in our living room respite it being a very tricky manoeuvre! Overall they provided an amazing service with staff who are prepared to go the extra mile, would definitely recommend.

I was really taken aback by how helpful the two removal guys were. They were prepared for everything and offered to do things I didn't expect to come as part of the service. They even took my bed apart for me :
