This place is very sketchy. The management is sketchy. The prices has risen after the scamdimic by creating new additional fees beside just late fees. No you have after 10 days you have late fees plus a lien which is 125$ + 25$ late fees plus your rent fee. What ever your initial storage Is it All must be payed at once. They are unwilling to work with you no matter WHAT your circumstances may be. I advise not to do business there for long term.

I rented here in the past but left because facility was being neglected and service not so great. Three years later under new Storage King ownership and management, the facility has been wonderfully transformed. I went inside and the manager, Carol Bailey, was so professional and helpful. She took me to two different units to look at. They we're immaculate.

I was/am so impressed with this facility and management now, I have rented a large unit for our church. Because of Carol's careful and patient explanation of the different types of locks, I even bought a lock. Glad I kept an eye on this place. Five stars from Coastline Baptist Church. Thanks Carol!

Applied online and moved into a storage unit the same day! Service was quick and friendly (and covid-secure), and the terms seem very good - a half price offer for the first month, and refund of unused days. Padlock and three keys included. We've only had the space for a day, so I can't comment on more than that!

Nice place. Open late. Free to come & go as you please. (I've been quite a lot) free tea & coffee too! I also got a half price deal. Cons: No lids for your hot drinks. No lights in the actual storage unit you rent. I have to use my phone torch which is an inconvenience. Overall, I would reccomend.

The facility finally has a sign that has been installed. They also put a new roof up for the facility. The front parking use to be an issue but they are working on leaving that spot open for customers to park at. The owners are really working on making the place look better. The management at the office are great. I had an issue with my gate code after hours. I called and even though they were off of work they helped with the issue. I would highly recommend this place to store your things.

They had the best price but they took forever and a day. (an hour) to get the truck. And there was no line. Tried to force us to get insurance for $100 even though our insurance policy covered rentals. We had to call our insurance provider in front of them to prove this.

A complete lifesaver when we needed a short term storage solution for when family members were in-between homes. The lady who works there was really helpful and the storage solution was such a great offer at being 4 weeks free! Will definitely use this place again if the need arises! Even if I have to pay the rates are really reasonable too. The units are great and the whole location is clean and tidy.great free coffee too!
