From the office Hannah was a pleasure to deal with, the surveyor Paul had an in-depth knowledge of how the move needed to be completed and gave me an instant volume of my personal effects. Moving booking after receiving my quote I completed the acceptance form and returned it back to arrowpack with two possible moving dates, and Hannah replied by email and kept me updated on the availability. Moving day Tom Stuart and Dan arrived on time and got straight to it, they were polite and friendly and made easy work of it with out delay.

Before they left made sure everything was loaded onto the truck. On delivery they made sure items were placed in the correct rooms I requested, and on leaving at the end of the job asked if there was anything else they could help me with. Basically on the whole a great friendly Pleasant Experience.

The lead up to the day of collection obviously provoked a number of queries, but all where handled expertly and promptly by Kristie and the team that collected our goods performed promptly and efficiently. As you can imagine, when we arrived in Spain, we where somewhat nervous as to weather our consignment would arrive on time or even on the actual day.

To our relief, late Monday morning as promised your truck arrived, spot on. Again tis team unloaded expertly and with care into our new home. We first used Arrowpak in August of 2001. Since then we have used Arrowpak a further 12 times for our moves to and from the UK and USA. Arrowpak staff continuously provide exceptional service and support in moving our household goods and car each time. During my military career I moved many times using other companies, none of my many military colleagues using other moving companies didn't come anywhere close to the great service provided by Arrowpak.
