Darryn and Kyle, the two removal men were just brilliant in carrying out their duties. Nothing was too much trouble. They are an asset to your company and great Ambassadors for your business. My wife and I felt on occasions they went above and beyond the normal service and went out of their way to help ease the process and stress of moving. Excellent removals experience on a two day local move in Somerset.Despite hail, the removals men did a fantastic job, and kept a sense of humour throughout. Nothing was too much trouble putting things where we wanted them in various sheds when we arrived.

I used this company to move from Hampshire to Devon, I used them to store my contents for 8 weeks in between the two locations! Having started with "Overs" I actually dealt with a company call Armishaws. Their initial representative was very professional and I was happy to sign up. I subsequently changed my requirements to include storage, something I knew would cost more, however I was more than upset by their approach to the changes and the increase in cost.
The managers attitude was " take it or leave it". Subsequently any contact with the management was unpleasant and I found them to be very arrogant! They specific details of my move weren't passed on to the transport department and I had to send additional emails & have repeated conversations with their transport department to explain access particulars.
The office staff & the collection & delivery staff were both excellent, particularly the guys who eventually delivered my contents! There was some slight damage to my contents & some missing brackets from a bed, but I'm realistic and understand that stuff happens so won't make a fuss about it, having said that I'm not confident that they'd deal with the issues sympathetically anyway.
In summary, I feel the working staff are being seriously let down by the senior management and because of this I would not recommend this company. I do however feel for the staff, from the administration staff to the actual removal guys, they were all excellent & deserve better management!

Booked a quote through this company. I understand they're busy but due to the fact they couldn't provide a quote for more than 4 weeks we went elsewhere. I emailed to cancel, heard nothing, my mum was worried they'd still turn up so I called. Apparently it had been cancelled, I was told all the customers names that were booked in that day. Great confidentiality!
I then commented that they had not had the courtesy to confirm my email and instead of an apology which would have been the customer service I would expect, I was hit with abuse! I'm absolutely appalled!

Overs (Armishaws) moved me from Hampshire to Wiltshire in October 2020. A seasoned mover, I packed myself and had a generally good experience of the collection and loading. The crew were helpful and civil and packed the two vans in about two to three hours. Things went wrong upon arrival at the new house. The first van hit the gate post and damaged it.
When signing off the paperwork, I signed off with a caveat that they would need to repair or pay for the repair to the gatepost (a few hundred pounds). However, upon contacting the office afterwards to follow up, the crew had a case of selective memory and the office manager representing Over's all but said to me that I was a liar and dared me to sue them.
Everything was fine until something went wrong, and then basically they refused to accept any responsibility for their actions, for which, fortunately, I have photographic evidence. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT YOU DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

Not to be relied upon or trusted at all. overs is a front for an extremely unreliable bunch of liers called Armishaws. The company owner, a person called Pat Carter went out of his way to publicly disrespect the memory of my farther less then a month after his sudden death. I was actually stunned and have made a complaint to the onbudsman.

Shocking company to deal with. Arranged for them to come out at 5pm to my elderly mother but they turned up at 9.30. when asked why they were there at that time was told the appointment was in for 11 but they just came early! The representative of the company was aggressively pushy trying to get my mother to sign a contract there and then and intimating that they couldn't guarantee doing the removal unless she did.
When informed she wouldn't sign as we were getting other quotes he tried to get her to tell her who the other companies were. When I phoned to complain to the head office I was put through to a sales manager whose attitude was shocking, . Not prepared to listen to what i had to say and was justifying the representative saying that he tells them all to try and get the customer to sign up there and then.
