Do not store with them, masked thieves are in operation in their stores, very scary. it's unsafe for customers and their belongings. They are over selling their stores security features and failed to deliver. Their headquarters wouldn't do anything about it. Many customers have been affected at least you can communicate with your customers like a responsible company.

AVOID THIS COMPANY Voicing what a previous reviewer has said. There is NO cctv in the areas around the units. Only apparently by lift or paying bay. When asked for a copy of proof of who took items from the unit had goods in and activity around it - they can't provide. And shockingly informed they don't have that much cctv within their centre. So they're advertised "24hr cctv coverage for your safety and secuirity" is in fact useless to have a record of who has been in and out of a unit. AVOID

150000 of gear stolen from inside the storage So I have now emailed and called multiple times about the equipment that I have had stolen from inside the storage unit due to inadequate safe guards and security but they won't return calls or emails, the police have investigate and believe it's a major crime and I can't even talk with these people about insurance. they are hoping I'm going away but by not taking with me it's is making more angry. DO NOT STORE WITH THIS COMPANY the units have a serous design fault

What.a review not about something I have stuffed into my face this weekend.who knew! This weekend has been a lot about moving house and this place has made my life a lot easier thankfully. The building itself is just on the edge of Digbeth and the gay village so perfectly located for someone like me that needs access to the stuff in there all the time for work.
The other good thing to note is you can get in and out of this place 24 hours with no extra charge.ideal for me also. Not knowing anything about storage they guy on the counter made it as easy as possible for me.finding me the right size room for my stuff and explaining how to get in and out of the place well. I also picked up some flat pack boxes and tape while i sorted the unit which was great again just making things easier during a time where stress levels can be at an all time HIGH.
One final thing to note is the flexibility this place offers you can change the size of your room or cancel with only 30 days notice.if I have stuff to store in the future I know where I am coming :
