Neil, Mel, Callum and Chris arrived dead on time, worked incredibly hard and at some speed! They were professional, cheerful and polite and we were soon on our way. Arriving at our new home the vans were unloaded quickly, just where we wanted our items. Cannot thank them enough and am happy to recommend them.

We moved with Advanced from Brockworth recently, and Roy, Neil, John and Geoff were great. Very professional and friendly, and nothing seemed to phase them. The only thing I would criticise was that we wanted to pack ourselves, and they include boxes in the price. However, the amount of boxes and bubble wrap provided was hopelessly too small, and all the boxes were quite small - you couldn't fit anything more than small items in. Luckily, we got a lot of big boxes from another source for free.

Not sure if Advanced would have given us more for free if we asked. But overall, it was a very good experience on moving day, and good value compared to other quotes. They also were very accommodating of a rather last minute exchange / confirmation of moving date.

No fuss, no mess, no hanging around, got on with the job in a very professional manner. Roy, Neil and John O took great care in wrapping our furniture and placing them into the wooden storage containers. We packed our own boxes but these were treated with the same great care. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone who is looking for a removal/storage company.

Excellent service provided, clear guidance from first phone contact, reassuring at a stressful time. Able to accommodate changes in dates due to house completion dates fluctuating. Removal of furniture executed in a professional friendly manner, Thank you Tim and Jason. Great reassurance of the quality of storage space belongings lodged in. Prompt arrival and speedy unloading of belongings when they finally arrived at their final destination. I would thoroughly recommend Advanced Removals which compared very favourably with other storage units/removal companies.

I used Advanced Removals twice, once to move out and into storage and again to move into my new house 7 months later. Colin came out to provide a quote and I had Roy and Mark to do the move for me. Absolutely first class service. Roy and Mark took great care with my belongings and went above and beyond to make the move stress free. Both had a brilliant sense of humour which just added to the already great service. I have recommended them to my Mum who will be using them in the near future. Thank you!

Mark, Jason and Tim were outstanding, patient, and very experienced. They moved all our possessions on Storm Eunice Friday. All colleagues at Advanced have been courteous and helpful. I would recommend Advanced to others without reservation

Mark, Jason and Tim were absolutely superb.faultless. Nothing was too much trouble, , even when moving our sofa that weighs the same as a small car! Our house move was so stressful, they managed to defuse the situation ( the house was in a dreadful state), even though the access was awful, they got on with the job and really made it possible - we really couldn't have done it without them. They had a really long day and were still smiling at the end if it. Thanks so much guys, you really were our heroes that day. If I could give you 10 stars I would.

From the first visit & quotation by Colin to the actual packing & removals dealt with professionally & efficiently by Roy & Neil we were very happy with the excellent service provided. Colin gave me confidence that our non-standard & (as far as I was concerned) slightly complicated move would be handled by the team without issue - & I am very happy to report that it was.

Steve, Paul & Ian came to move us last Thursday, they arrived well on time. They were absolutely brilliant people to work with nothing was too difficult or hard for them! EXCELLENT. We kept them going with coffee, tea & biscuits, it took no time to load up from our 3 bed semi, and the same to off load the other end everything went so smoothly, nothing damaged or broken! Mark, Jason, Tim, Chris and Steve moved us out of our house back in August and were brilliant. Our belongings were taken to their storage. All the office staff I spoke to organise this were very helpful at a stressful time! They then moved us to our new home 4 weeks ago, the new house is down a very narrow step hill and the chaps were amazing making several trips up and down over two days. Very professional service with my 2 day house move, Mark, Jason, Mel and Chris were very polite and helpful. Everything was packed really well as my furniture was being put in storage for a couple of weeks and delivered up to Leeds. Would definitely recommend.

Mark Tim and Ricky recently helped me move house. They were professional, incredibly good humoured despite having to move several very heavy items of victorian furniture, and very hard working. Above all, I could trust them absolutely to use their common sense without needing to be supervised. I cannot rate this company highly enough. I have used them twice now and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Roy and his team were super-efficient, very courteous and thoroughly professional in doing our removals & storage for us, and we are extremely pleased with the service we received from them. After a four week interval, Roy and Aaron expertly delivered all our items back from storage again for us, carefully unwrapping and positioning everything to our complete satisfaction. We cannot thank them enough for doing it all so willingly, cheerfully and efficiently for us. What a great service.

Could not fault this company. Colin, who came to do the quote, was so lovely, answering my questions and reassuring me about the move. Roy and Aaron were professional and friendly and did a brilliant job on the actual move day. Then, a few days later, when I realised I had left something at the bottom of one of their loaned wardrobe boxes, they very kindly brought it back directly to my door.
