Excellent service. Staff were always very helpful and easy to get hold of. The unit was secure and tidy. Would not hesitate to use again.

I rented a large unit for a year. All units are outside and self service. Make sure your unit has been insulated, most have now. Plastic covers for mattresses and material items are available on site. Site is unmanned but under 24 HR CCTV. I was very pleased when I took out all my belongings and they were all bone dry and no damp having gone through winter and lots of heavy rain.

I have a unit at their Bridgwater office as well as here. When I rented the unit at Taunton, I had no hesitation in using UK Storage again as I have always found the staff very helpful. The units are clean and secure. Would always recommend them if asked.

From my initial enquiry and throughout my storage stay, the customer service I've received every time I've contacted the office has been excellent, and always resolved any enquiry I had. My unit was a great size and dry all year round. Secure access gate reassured me my unit was protected, and the site at Norton Fitzwarren was always clean and tidy. First time needed storage and was a bit apprehensive. All my niggles and worries were taken care of by a really brilliant, professional company through their staff who put you at your ease. All questions and concerns were dealt with by a courteous team everything explained, so l could book the correct size unit etc. The storage base and unit was immaculate and felt safe and secure. Fantastic service from this company - have used for the last year or so, and used a number of units, upgrading in size as required - staff are always very very helpful and responsive and the facility is always spotless. Well lit, easy 24hr access if you need it, and units are also clean and dry. All this and the best prices as well. Can't recommend enough.

This is an excellent facility clean and safe. I had storage for 7 weeks and I felt confident that it was dry and safe from damage. The staff at the end of the telephone were always helpful and polite and explained everything in full so I knew where I was at all times.

There experience is what you would hope for. All staff are helpful and friendly. The facility was clean, modern and efficient. The fact that the facility is remotely staffed is positive, I felt relaxed that I wasn't under any pressure, nobody waiting on me. Cost wise it was competitive because of the 1/2 price first 2 months. I would have perhaps gone elsewhere without this deal but I would not have had the same service perhaps. They would be an automatic choice in future

Fantastic service, lovely staff, great prices and clean, safe storage. These guys were amazing, I had no idea what size unit I would need so they talked me through it and got me the perfect size. My experience of applying and setting up the use of the storage facility was easier by the professionalism of Emma. Emma talked e through the process thoroughly, reiterating anything I didn't catch the first time. I felt I was given all the information I needed with confidence.

This was easy to book, when I contacted them they were really helpful. the facility is simple to access the storage facility is clean and dry, the security cameras all over keeping the place observed. I used a unit for 7 months and everything was fine when collected. Simple process to check out, final statement took off any overpaid weeks and returned the money, a really good experience, the first time I have ever used storage.

Worth considering for short term storage. We got a very good deal for 4 weeks.

My partner and I used the UK Storage Company for 7 months whilst we moved her property from Manchester to Gloucester and were looking for somewhere to live in the area. We were given a competitive quote with initial discount for the first 3 months and the whole process was very easy and took the stress out of finding somewhere to store our belongings.

The unit we rented was clean and easy to access and the staff were always friendly and helpful when we needed to contact them with a query. When we finally found somewhere to move to, we contacted UK Storage to notify them. Again they were very helpful and the whole process of ending our rental of the storage unit was stress free. As payment had been taken prior to our giving notice, we were only charged for a week that we still needed the storage unit and refunded the difference for 3 weeks which was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

I would highly recommend the UK Storage Company to anyone wishing to store possessions securely and safely (we managed to get a two bed terrace house worth of property into a 90 sq. ft. unit!!) and at an affordable rate.

This storage company does what it says on the tin! Provides simple, accessible storage. They respond to queries quickly and efficiently. If you are clever it works out a good deal, if you have to stay a long time it works out expensive as do most storage options. they solved my storage problems and when I had to change units it was a simple and no fuss procedure
