I used care move packing service prior to moving, an excellent professional service. The company are extremely reliable and professional. They arrived on time, packed the contents of my property. I can highly recommend, this service it takes the stress out of packing.

I just wanted to say a very very big thank you to you and especially the team of the lads that moved our house from the middle of the country to the end of the country on Friday. From when they arrived on Friday morning until when they left us on Friday afternoon, I cannot fault them for their manners, work ethic, enthusiasm and all round friendliness when faced with moving our house from Hall Green to Cornwall.

Definitely recommend! Bernadette viewed property and gave us a very good price. They accommodated us very last minute, we exchanged lunchtime Wednesday and moved and completed the next day. Moved from Shirley to Warwick - excellent service from Care Move. The three man team of Phil, Paul & Jed had cleared my 3 bed semi in less than an hour and at the other end everything was in within an hour and a half and this was into a 2nd floor flat. Very efficient all round - would definitely recommend Care Move.

Thank you and your team for the friendly and professional manner in which you all operate. From my first conversation with Lorraine, then your visit and a swift decision on a reasonable price and your gratefully accepted advice you helped turn a stressful time around. On the day of our move the team turned up on time and with very little upheaval cleared all into the van extremely efficiently and with very little fuss.

They ensured at all times that we were fully aware of what was happening and exactly what was where. When we reached our new home all was unloaded and place where we wanted it with good humor and precision. The team were are a great asset to you and I will praise Rob, Tom and Josh for a job well done, it was an extreamly long day for them but they handled it in a very professional manner.

Bernadette came to visit, to see what exactly we wanted moving and quoted us a fair price. On the Saturday morning the Care Move team, Phil and Jay, arrived early and just before the quoted time. They did a walk around the house to see what needed taking. They were removing all the big household items: sofas, double fridge freezer, washing machine, beds etc.

They had it all in the lorry within 35 minutes. They worked swiftly and with care. There were a few teething problems getting furniture in at the new house, but they both worked really well to do what was needed. It was a seamless move, very professional, stressless and good value. Definitely recommended.

Bernadette and her team moved us on the 29th July. From start to finish was an extremely stress free process, all involved were helpful throughout. The lady that came to give us the quote seemed professional and organised, however when I called to book them in for our date she was very rude. Said she had just had a sunbed and how many missed calls she was dealing with….. I don’t really need to know this. She proceeded to call me back and accused me of not answering my phone - I had called them!

Our date was then pencilled in their diary and I was told to call back when we had exchanged. This was on a Friday, called them Monday to say we are exchanging only to be told no we can’t move you. We now have to find another company in this crazy time before stamp duty ends. Terrible service, broken agreement and to top it all off very rude!

Excellent Bernadette gave an excellent 10 minutes of her precious time for our quote which I was very impressed by as you can tell that she has run her business efficiently and professionally for many years. Sam, Paul, Kelvin & Rob were incredible on the day of the move. We were ill prepared as we were exhausted after emptying our garage of goods up to 10 days previously.

They came in sorted us out, cheered us up and were amazing. They worked so hard all day that I was worried they were going to over run their time but I would highly recommend this company to transport you wherever you want to go as they are so polite, friendly and down to earth that I don't know how we would have managed without them all.

So impressed with this company from quote to packing to move. The team carried out the removal efficiently. They were approachable and well mannered. They easily coped with working around myself, with a mobility problem and our 18 year old daschund! Would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them for delivering a friendly, professional service.
