These guys were absolutely amazing for us, . can't recommend them highly enough. They had everything packed on the day of the move before 11am and did everything to get us unpacked within an hour and a half after our sellers delayed our moving in until 3pm on the day of the move. They were also one of the most competitive on pricing. All round excellent.

Useless Company That Wasted mY Time & Money This company (RobinsonsRelo.com) delayed my shipping delivery date, then only gave 36 hours noticed for another date, then again with just 18 hours before another delivery date, they sent a Useless apathetic email saying they were not going to deliver all my shipping at once and they did not even give a date as to when they would complete the shipping.

When we rightly objected. Then the manager Debbie told me she would cancel the delivery so we put a stop on the storage and the travel bookings to receive it only for another manager to send us another message that the shipping was still coming but still split in two deliveries! Madness, useless madness! What kind of Cowboy outfit can't get the contents of 3 bed flat and garage delivered in the UK? Useless! Take your business to a professional that is not going to cut corners, waste your time and send over poor service.

The move day went really well attitude of the team was great, polite and courteous. So thanks to them. The reason for 1 star rating is mistakes happen, in the unboxing process there were some damaged goods. Nothing serious but damaged none the less and had a high RRP. Followed the compensation process as directed but it doesn't hit the insurance criteria.

I'm a big believer that common sense should prevail. Robinson's has an opportunity to apply common sense. But all I got was a 'computer says no' and a goodwill gesture of 40. As far as I am concerned this is an insult to items that had a value of circa 700. My advice to anyone considering Robinson's is to really look at the insurance policy. does it cover your needs because if you fall out of insurance criteria and a mistake (by the packers) is to happen. You will be out of pocket.

Used Robinson for both removal and storage. Really helpful and great staff. Moving is stressful at the best of times and Robinson made it a lot easier. Will reuse for sure in future.

Robinsons recently helped me move, they were great. Very organised and considerate, a really great and helpful crew that took the potential stress out of the day. They did the packing and were really thorough. They were amazing, especially as they were only a few days back to work after COVID lockdown and with all the extra regulations to consider. I would really recommend them.

Used Robinsons for a long distance move 11th September 2020 and can only say that they were excellent! The 2 chaps could not have been more helpful. Also prior to the move we had to phone the office on a number of occasions and they were always extremely helpful and accommodating, unfortunately I believe that the Manchester depot is no longer which is a real shame! However, would definately use them again

Wish I could provide a similar 5 star review as the others but our experience of this company was the polar opposite! In fact if I was able to award no stars I would! Our initial dealings with the company were good i.e. the move survey and quotation appeared professional and they were very competitive on their pricing. However, on the day of the move we found the staff disinterested and showing a total lack of respect for our possessions. Having loaded our possessions with little to no care, stacking heavy items upon fragile items, on arrival at our new address they literally threw boxes from the back of the removal vehicle and dropped them directly onto the roadway leaving them out in the rain to become sodden.

As a result the company, in moving our possessions, caused over 2000 worth of damage. Luckily we had taken out the company's insurance to cover damage in transit but we found the claim process convoluted and the company require photographic evidence of all damage, along with the need to obtain quotes for all items. To compound the process they only allow you a 7 day window to identify all the damage they have caused and to submit your claim.

I very much doubt anyone moving, even from the smallest of property's, would be able to unpack and identify damage to all their possessions within this time frame! And finally to add insult to injury the policy is not new for old and when providing a valuation on the damage this was totally undervalued. From our experience of this company in no way could I recommend them! If you do decide to use the company let it be at your peril!

We had a great experience with Robinsons Removals. The sales team were really quick to respond to my initial enquiry with all the information required. On the day the removal crew were amazing, they arrived on time and were friendly and professional. They put me at ease and I definitely felt more relaxed. All our items were delivered safely with no damage. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Robinsons handled the UK end of a relocation from the UAE from unloading, customs clearance and storage to final delivery. Communications from Robinsons were pro-active and regular. The final delivery team arrived early and managed to deliver all 41 cartons and crates to a second floor flat, without the aid of a lift, with smiles on their faces and no breakages.

We were delighted with the service we received from Robinson's removals. Having changed our removal date several times due to chain problems Robinson's patiently waited for us. The young men who moved us from Abingdon to Oxford were brilliant. They arrived exactly on time, And worked so hard and never stopped until the whole van was empty. The carpets were covered with plastic film and there were no dirty foot prints anywhere. Absolutely no breakages a very professional service. Would recommend.

The removal guys this end arrived bang on time and within 30 minutes they had moved the 16 objects into my apartment and unwrapped some specific furniture items for me as requested. I really cannot emphasis enough just how pleased I was with the whole service from Robinsons. From start to finish, and despite some hairy moments, you were all professional, reassuring and kind. With the turn of events resulting in us exchanging and completing on the same day I valued greatly the calming influence of your removal men and their commitment to getting us moved and within time.

In particular, Phil who seemed to be heading things up with us was extremely helpful. He was calm and professional but very kind and reassuring throughout the whole process. When more hands were needed, they came, when more vehicles were required, they came and when time was getting tight once again Phil took control of things and it got sorted. I have used Robinsons several times to move my home over the last 10 years. My most recent move in September 2014 was excellent as usual, nothing was too much trouble, nothing broken or damaged and the staff there were very helpful. Brilliant work, I'll be back again!
