My previous review appears to have disappeared. Mirroring what others have said - damaged my property, which Bells of Wilmslow kept and refused to return. It appears they are not insured despite saying this on their website. Avoid!

Can only be described as cowboys. Very rude, complained all day about everything. Didn't even finish the job leaving me to move a lot of things at my own means because they simply couldn't be bothered to do what was agreed, or put things in the corresponding rooms the other end. To make matters worse, damaged my sofa significantly. Despite me still being incredibly polite, ignored all my messages and calls and simply didn't care. Clearly no insurance! Avoid at all costs, your possessions are worth a lot more than letting this 'company' anywhere near them!

A pricey service and you need to be very clear on how you want things stored. The crates hokd lots of boxes abd obce loaded you cant easily get access. Also ensure breakables are stored on top of heavy stuff! But they are experienced and can guide you.
