Low Fell Removals was initially established in the early 1960's and was acquired in 1968. It is now a second generation company and has been at it's Portobello Lane location in Sunderland, North East, Tyne and Wear since 1990. We have a fleet of modern vehicles of various sizes, equipped for container handling. Our operating base is a dry and secure 30,000sq ft warehouse just yards from the Stadium Metro station, where we also provide our removal and storages services including containerised storage and self storage.

Everyone at Low Fell have been so very kind to me in dealing with the storage, and removal of the contents of my house that I shared with my late husband. Unfortunately Lowell removals added a great deal of stress on my move day. There was a a complete breakdown of communication between the removal team and head office. The removal had not been given an itinerary of where items were going despite extensive discussions with the office prior to move day. This caused confusion and delays. One of the removal guys had an injury and couldn't lift heavy items which resulted in disputes between the team.
I received no response to my feedback to the manger after the move which is reflective of the overall customer service provided by Lowell removals. Strongly advise others to avoid a similar situation and choose another firm.

Ken and Mark are a credit to themselves and Low Fell Removals. Top fellas! Unfortunately our situation was unusual for them as we had a last minute change from our buyers and it didn't go through. The guys had already loaded the wagon but nothing seemed a problem for them and they showed sympathy for our situation and courtesy to us all day. They made today better for us. We will undoubtedly be using them when we eventually do move!
