Webbs I could not say enough about this company, Internal staff both in Mallorca and Ramsgate, excellent service, caring attitude and on the ball, the removal men caring mindfall, their packing exceptional, in Ramsgate my shipment was in storage for 4 months at very reasonable rates, it arrived beutifully pack dry with nothing broken well done the Webb team I would use and recomend you in a hartbeat. We used Gareth (UK) and Bill (Mallorca) to organise a permanent move from UK to Mallorca. The service at both ends was absolutely brilliant. The managed the complications of Brexit and Spanish customs seamlessly. Both UK and Mallorcan teams were excellent, and the packing was superb. Not a single breakage, which is highly commendable. I should add that this was a large move (4 bed house plus garage and studio) and the advice we got from Webb's about dealing with the formalities was spot on. I'd strongly recommend them without hesitation.

Genuinely impressed with the great service provided by Webb's. A seamless process with minimal forms and admin on our part (something we didn't expect to be so easy post-Brexit)! Will be using them again later in the year for the second lot of furniture. Great company!

Excellent service from start to finish. Bill and Jo in Mallorca explained in great detail the whole paperwork process now required due to Brexit, gave clear deadlines required and timelines on collection, transport and delivery, especially as it was nearing Christmas when we were leaving Mallorca to return to the UK. Their guys did a fantastic job collecting our belongings - friendly, efficient and great care given to wrap all furniture and any other items that needed extra protection.

All paperwork was submitted to the relevant authorities on time to allow the easy export and import of our belongings and all possible charges clearly explained at every stage. They even managed to get our load on the last transport out before Christmas, despite advising it would probably not go until after Christmas. Great communication throughout the process there and it continued at the UK end too. Gareth was in contact once our belongings arrived in the UK to arrange a delivery date which they managed to achieve despite many other deliveries booked already for the New Year. Punctual and super efficient delivery, very friendly and helpful guys delivered all our stuff in perfect condition - we really couldn't have asked for more. Webbs made the stressful and worrying process of moving house and country so much easier with their professional and considerate conduct from start to finish. The copious paperwork and red tape involved now because of Brexit was handled perfectly to allow for a seamless removal process. Thanks guys. Highly recommend *****

An absolutely useless company. Transported a car to Mallorca and filled in the incorrect paperwork resulting in an unnecessary customs charge. Gareth Webb would not correct his mistake let alone acknowledge his incompetence. He has made no effort in resolving the mess he alone caused. This company has little knowledge of the product they sell and this will cost its clients dear. BUYER BEWARE. Webbs response to this review is nonsensical.

The car was imported in my name when it should have been imported in the registered keepers name. This basic mistake by Gareth Webb has resulted in the Spanish customs agency refusing to issue a refund. This mismanagement is what you will receive if you use Webbs International Removals. No apology and no attempt to rectify their mistake. BUYER BEWARE. Webbs International removals response is absolute nonsense.

They knew the V5 document was in the keepers name. They knew I was not the registered keeper of the vehicle but they continued with the importation process in my name. When Gareth Webb realised his mistake he urgently asked for the registered keeper to email him a letter changing the registered keeper to myself. Obviously this was an idiotic move as the V5 document could not be altered.

Thus Spanish customs would not accept this letter. Webbs assertion that they do the best for their clients and that they are blameless is laughable. Webbs have no idea about regulations in the EU and their clients will be left to pick up the costs. By the way Gareth my name is spelt Anthony but you couldn't even get that right.

I have used Webbs for nearly 20 years and they are as fantastic now as they were then. If you want things taking from the UK to Mallorca then there is only Webbs that offer such amazing service. Brilliant. Thank you again and again.

Great service from all the team in Mallorca and UK. Having sold our apartment in Mallorca and being unable to travel to organise shipping of our belongings to the UK, Webbs organised packing and door to door delivery in UK. The professional advice regards post Brexit requirements for customs, duty, VAT etc was appreciated and all customs clearances were taken care of with no problems, the shipment arriving ahead of schedule. Would recommend Webbs.

I had to ship my Kawasaki ZZR1100 from Palma to the UK to get repaired and ship it back. Webbs provided a great service both ways on time. They are nice straight forward people to deal with at both depots. When I collected the bike from the Palma depot Bill Webb met me after hours on a Saturday afternoon which helped me out.

We have been fortunate to have used Webb's International removals on three occasions, delivering items to Spain, transporting our vehicle and the removal and packaging of our household goods back to the UK. On each occasion we were thoroughly impressed with their attention to detail, from the very onset providing efficiency throughout the arduous task they had under taken, to the very completion of our items arriving safe and sound in the UK.
