Removal heroes

I requested removal quotes via a third party website, and subsequently received a call from one of the Removal Heroes drivers shortly after. He arranged for one of the team to come out to assess/quote between 4-6pm the following day and said I would receive a call 30mins prior. I waited in but nobody called or turned up and I haven't heard anything from them since. This is incredibly unprofessional and wasted my time.

**** Highly Recommended A+ Company! **** Excellent service from start to finish! Moving offices has never been so easy. Extremely professional, helpful and friendly even when we surprised them with unknown extra items that we sprang on them at the last minute. They took it all without hesitation and were happy to do so even though it meant them running over-time.

I have always found moving to be very daunting, but thanks to these guys it was completely stress-free. They really are removal heroes and we will certainly be calling on them again! **UPDATE** 2 months later, I called on these guys again for my own personal house move as they did such a great job when my company moved offices. As before, their service was excellent.

They were extremely helpful from start to finish and the move itself was handled promptly and professionally. Overall, I have to say they really are one-in-a-million and with one of the lowest rates around - they give a rock-star service at rock-bottom prices. What more could you ask for! Well done guys!

Brilliant team, great communication. Arrived when promised and completed job on time, and to a high standard. Great care taken with every single item even though there was a whole houseful! Items delivered to individual rooms as needed, and they even had extra packing stuff with them. Thoroughly recommend these guys for an easy, stress free move.

Couldn't rate this company higher! They were incredibly helpful, start to finish, and were upbeat and brought a smile all the way through. Our furniture was in extremely quickly and professionally moved out and in. Communication was brilliant, initial quote and call was easy and clear. A call to make arrangements beforehand (date, time, deposit etc.), with a confirmation call the day before from the team leader of the group that actually moved us to reassure us and check last details.

Great value for money too. We paid 400 total for a complete removal from our third floor (no lift!) flat in Maidstone, to Tunbridge Wells, with some furniture disassembly and reassembly too. Particular shout out to Luke, Jamie, and Brian, as the team that moved us in. Thanks guys!

Great guys helped us move from a one bedroom flat with way too much stuff to a two bedroom even though we had really short notice to get moved and most of our stuff was in bags they acted professional throughout the whole move never complained about a single thing despite the amount of stuff we had. I would 100% use them again and recommend them to anyone needing a removal without all the hassle of loading a van yourself. Thanks again lads!

I cannot recommend Removal Heroes enough! These guys took on the job last minute, incredibly competitive price and worked above and beyond to make a big move for children and I stress free and even enjoyable. Great service, whilst not the cheapest quote available the team who moved my sofa were very professional and accommodating. Within days of my enquiry, my sofa was successfully moved 127 miles (from Kent to Wiltshire) and to a first floor flat without issue despite the challenging dimensions.

Hero removals are really hero's! We've had the most professional, caring and friendly team move our furniture from one flat to another. Both flats were top floor! I would like to thank you and your company for the service you provided for the removal of the remaining items from my late parents house in Kent to Cornwall. As you can imagine it was a very stressful time for me and, having been let down by another company with our plans to hire our own Luton van for the move, I was so grateful that you were still able to accommodate our needs at such short notice, especially as I know you were already so busy. Daniel and Brian arrived promptly and their efficiency, communication, and customer service were immaculate.

In addition, their sensitivity, friendliness and sense of humour were really appreciated in my stressful state! Our original plans for the van we were let down on by another company would have cost us less money. However, the stress was very much lessened in the end by having Daniel and Brian there to load, drive and unload and for that reason I would thoroughly recommend anyone spending that little bit more to use your services instead of trying to do it themselves. Dave organised all my removal with professional knowledge and attentive manners taking care of the human side of our needs. On time he sent 3 polite, professional, amazing , qualified guys to my door including his amazing brother John. They dismantled and moved my furniture in no time from Kent to Hertfordshire and I felt their passion for what they do and their great heart dealing with customers.

Used this removal firm to move from a flat to a house around fifty miles away. I coul not rate them enough. My partner was very nervous about the move but the two gentleman were fantastic with her. They explained the process and checked she was happy with everything. They both asked if they could have breaks etc and were extremely professional. The owner came to visit our property on his day off to give an accurate quote. Most friendly and professional service we have ever used.

David and the team at Removal Hero's were utterly fantastic! Our move wasn't a straight forward one but David helped us find the right solutions to fit out budget, requests and dates as well keeping in contact with us throughout the whole process and especially over the removal period. From the very first phone inquiry to saying goodbye to the team, everything was first class. The removal men arrived on time, introduced themselves and got straight on with the job.
